We slept in new Sakis managed apartment on quiet street in Plaka (old town) near streets with shops, restaurants and local supermarket "Bazar" and 6 min walk from Acropolis and museum. Were welcomed by Sakis who gave us clear information, also about access to roof terrace where we had a nice breakfast with beautiful view over Athens , incl Acropolis. Very helpful and good suggestions regarding taxi, restaurants etc well equipped kitchen with large fridge, coffee making facilities and oven.

Great 3 night stay at Acro&Polis. The owner met us promptly at the address, arranged parking and showed us to our room and also the roof terrace. Room was comfortable and clean, good air-conditioning, kitchen area. In a great central location with fabulous views of the Acropolis from the roof terrace. I would throughly recommend this accommodation.

Great central location, easy walk to all the sights. Very clean and amazing staff. Staff were happy to help with restaurant recommendations and booking taxis. Very friendly. Loads of restaurants in walking distance and lovely little shops.

We loved the hospitality that Sakis and Angeliki shared with us. The location to all the points of interest we wanted to see were well within walking distance. Each night on the Acro&polis terrace we enjoyed a beautiful sunset with a fine bottle of greek wine.

My daughters and I had a wonderful stay here during our time in Athens. Fantastic location with a view of the Acropolis. Sakis was such a welcoming host and helped us with arranging rides to and from the airport, restaurant reservations and everything we needed for a great time. Highly recommend!

Sakis has been unbelievable in working with us in rescheduling our trip. His personal touch is why we look for local boutique hotels and is priceless! We had booked a trip back in January and due to COVID are unable to come and he generously moved our reservation to a later date when we hope to finally be able to arrive and experience the Acro & Polis hospitality first hand.

What a fantastic location right next to acropolis with roof terrace with fabulous views of acropolis and Athens. You really are right in the middle of this friendly city.Sakis is simply the best host, organising a taxi for us from the airport, showing us the best local restaurants, supermarket and buses to attractions further afield. Very responsive before and during our trip. The apartment is beautifully presented with everything you need.Definitely recommend - we will be back!
