Judging by the number of people returning year after year, Giannis and Maria have found a winning formula. Giannis is the perfect host; attentive, amusing and philosophical. The location is perfect, right on the beach and the property is well maintained and has everything one needs to relax. A great find and our only regret is that our holiday was too short!

My wife and I have been to Greece many times. Xanthakis Apartments is by far the nicest place we've stayed. The owner John Xanthakis has done a fanastic job! Vathi too is by far the nicest place to stay on Sifnos. The beach is amazing!

Tout était parfait : l’accueil de Giannis, la situation des studios sur la plage la plus calme de Vathi, le confort de la literie, les transats dans le jardin - un vrai plus quand il y a du vent. Tout a été pensé, anticipé pour le bien-être des vacanciers. Ma fille et moi, on a adoré !

MrGianis gère d'une main de maître cet ensemble avec souplesse et disponibilité; le tout est parfaitement entretenu et le calme et la bonne cohabitation des locataires permettent un séjour agréable et très recherché

Quelles merveilleuses vacances passées grâce à Yannis et Maria. L’endroit est magnifique entretenu avec amour. L’emplacement est idéal juste en face de la plage de l’anse de Vathi la plus calme. Du coup alors que toute l’île était envahie de touristes français cette plage restait calme. Les studios sont simples mais très bien conçus. Le ménage est fait tous les jours, les draps et serviettes changés tous les 3 jours. Idéal pour des vacances reposantes.
