We have visited here several times now with family and friends and have always received the warmest of welcome. The accommodation is situated above the village which offers lots of restaurants and bars and is not far from Hersonissos town. The bar and food are available all day and close to the pool.

Excellent holiday at Amazones. All the team are incredibly friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing and just what you need from a holiday setting. First time but won’t be our last. Great bar area hosted by friendly Nikos and George oversees the whole experience with a chilled presence.

A lovely hotel with friendly staff in relaxed setting get with great views and excellent local tavernas nearby. The October weather was warm not hot which suited us very well. Not very suitable if you have mobility difficulties as hilly with steps.

Had a great time, was my second visit after staying here last year in August 14.Rooms clean and comfortable and staff are really friendly, very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. A lovely family run hotel.

loved our stay in sep 2011, on the kgb deal. We know we paid cheap and got a lot more than expected, staff were excellent, rooms were clean, view is beautiful, what more could you ask??I think some people expect too much but for 100% relaxtion and comfort please come her, i would come back any day of the week.

I think that Amazones Village Suites is one of the best hotels in crete! Confurtable rooms great service , wonderful view, nice swimming pool to have fun and the stuff was worm and welcome! Everything you need for perfect holidays! Also big water park is close to go and spent your time nice! Very clean and quiet which makes it the best place to go and relax! Thank you for everything Amazones!

I travelled in May to the Amazones with my son, and would definately recommend this hotel as a quality complex; the staff are friendly and caring; the rooms are large, clean and well decorated; breakfast has a good selection; my son enjoyed the pool table and internet which left me to relax around the peacefull swimming pool with its great views. I met some lovely guests at the BBQ., and cant wait to return next summer.
