Borgo bellissimo e pittoresco, piccolo ma con una bella spiaggetta, acqua trasparente, piccole casette e bellissimi fiori. Poco parcheggio, ristoranti e negozi carini: tutto in poco spazio ma davvero bello, unico.

Assos è una delle cose che ho apprezzato di più di Cefalonia, semplicemente perché oltre a darvi la possibilità di fare un bel bagno vi farà spalancare gli occhi per il mix di colori che la contraddistingue. Forse l’unica criticità è il parcheggio (gratuito ma piccolo per la mole di persone del mese di Agosto). Segnalo inoltre che oltre alla spiaggia privata c’è anche una piccola spiaggetta libera in cui poter stare.

He viajado lo suficiente como para poder decir que es de los pueblos mas bonitos que he visto en mi vida.Perderse por el, aguas cristalinas, practicamente vacio, gentes agradables, clima ideal (ni mucho calor ni frio)..bello atardecer..es un lugar de cuento de hadas

Beautiful, visitor friendly. Good food.Great place overall with attractive boutique hotels. The views from the port are fantastic and the castle demanding but awarding.

What can you say but breathtaking ocean and beach setting. Avoid restaurants here unless you are sticking to salads. Tourist trap.

My favorite beach of them all. Or I just keep saying that for every beach of Cephalonia. Amazing, beautiful, clean, peaceful..what else to ask for? Go ahead and visit!

Nei nostri giri per Cefalonia siamo arrivati ad Assos.Il paesaggio è mozzafiato già quando lo vedi dall'alto, poi ti avvicini e vedi il paesino tutto colorato, con ristoranti sul mare cristallino.Ci siamo fermati nella spiaggetta più piccola, tranquilla e rilassanti davanti al mare trasparente.Per fare due passi si può anche salire alla rocca, la strada regala scorci spettacolo.

Κάπως έτσι φαντάζομαι τον παράδεισο!!! Μαγικό μέρος με θάλασσα που θυμίζει λίμνη!!! Ξεκούραση σαι σε ψυχή και σώμα, απολαμβάνοντας το μπάνιο σου!! Το μόνο αρνητικό αν δεν μένεις εκεί, είναι πολύς ο δρόμος και με στροφές!! Αλλά αξίζει!!!

What a beautiful place. The first sight you have of Assos is the road high above it and then you drive down the winding road. High above the village is the fort which you can walk up. I did, it took me an hour and a lot of out of breath stops!!! but the views from the walk are amazing.There are car parks that are free and in easy reach of the village. The bay is clear and blue, well worth a swim. As I went in October it was quiet and still.

Stopped by for an hour here. It really is beautiful. There is the amazing blue clear sea which is surrounded by the hill with the castle on one side and restaurants and cafes on the other side. There is also a 91 year old gentleman who sells honey under a tree if you are coming from the car park he will be sat on the wall - amazing!
