Great hosts Albert and Xenofon! The difference is in the details and the 2 of you really made this happen. The place is cozy and big enough for 2 or 3 people, well located in the center of Athens close to everything!The place has all the amenities and also a local delivery for dinner and breakfast 😋😋😋

The staff was so accommodating with my late arrival. Very nice place, modern and comfy. Well located for metro and all touristic activities. Comfortable bed. Super clean apartment. Water provided. All one needs.

We stayed in apartment C2 for two nights. Albert welcomed us and provided very helpful advice on local restaurants and safe ways to travel through Athens. The apartment is very spacious and has a nice terrace. Mini markets, bakeries, restaurants and the metro are within easy walking distance, although a few of the nearby streets are steep. Just take your time and enjoy the exercise! The location is quiet and the bed is comfortable so we slept well. Would definitely stay again.

I had a really great stay at the Athens residence apartments. This was my first time coming to Greece and they really made my stay great. I loved the location it's within good walking distance to a lot of the major attractions. The staff was really helpful in giving me a map and showing me how to get around and where to go for good food at good prices. I would definitely stay here again.

We spent days exploring what Athens can offer staying in a clean and nice apartment .The courteous owner and manager of the apartment made our stay very memorable.The location of the apartment 10 minutes walk to Parthenon and many places of interest as well as near a subway station makes convenient for us.we appreciate and thanks to the management of the apartment .

We recently stayed at Athens Residence Apartments, and loved it. Great location in the Koukaki neighborhood, friendly staff and the one-bedroom apartment was wonderfully styled. Within walking distance to Acropolis, Plaka and Montastiraki. We will certainly return next time in Athens!

Spent two nights there. Everything is brand new, the rooms are of a comfortable size, the owner and staff are very friendly and helpful, and the location is great! What's not to like about that? Will definitely return if I go to Athens again.

A nice small apartment close enough to everywhere, 20min walk to the Syntagma square, but some uphill to walk the way to and back, 20min uphill very close to the Acropolis, staff are friendly and explained everything, only down side was non soundproof wall, and 1 towel for 3 days.

Fantastic location in a peaceful area around 10 mins walk to the Acropolis. Stunning apartment with all the usual amenities, nice touches with the complimentary bathroom toiletries and flip-flops, and the bottle of water chilled in he fridge upon arrival. Lovely host who was very accommodating with our late check in, and also gave us fantastic recommendations on local places to eat and drink.
