This is, without doubt, the best place I've visited on a holiday. The wonderful family were so welcoming and friendly. I was supposed to stay in the nearby complex; however, that place was awful. Thank you for your hospitality. The pool was amazing, and so were the ample sunbeds. The food was brilliant, but most of all the family - incredible. xxx Richy.

What a lovely location and a perfect apartment! We are within walking distance of the beach and from Kos town. For those who do not like walking, you can easily rent a bike.The beds are comfortable, for us always an important point and the apartment is nicely finished.The ladies at the reception and the bar are very friendly. You can relax by the pool with a drink and a snack. In short: an absolute must!

Don't get MN's Review. If they have been coming to Greece for so long, they know that cockroaches are a regular occurrence there.We have been coming to this location for over 10 years and have never experienced what MN describes. That the owners lie and treat people unfairly, I can't believe this.. these people work very hard to please their guests..

Clean, good and friendly apartment. Friendly staff where you can ask anything. Rooms were spacious and beds good. Bathroom renovated, but a bit on the small side, so the bathroom is often wet. Beautiful swimming pool with sunbeds and terrace. Bar where you can order plenty of drinks and small dishes. The apartment is located a bit outside the center, about a 15-minute walk. We will definitely come back here again!

Rustig appartement maar binnen 5 minuten op de fiets midden in het centrum, heerlijk schoon zwembad. Een hele lieve familie die er alles aan doen voor een top vakantie, ook hier kan je heerlijk eten . Een hoop maken ze zelf klaar en wil je iets eten en het staat niet op het menu, als je het vraagt maken ze het voor je klaar De bbq is hier ook een aanrader!

hotel well situated. a few minutes walk to the center. rooms neat and clean. clean pool and very nice bar next to it. great hosts of the facility.I have slept on a Kos in many places, I really recommend it.

We hebben 15 dagen mogen genieten van Kos, mede dankzij Athina apartments. De sfeer is relaxed, je voelt je welkom en voldoende afstand van de stad om echt even het Kos gevoel te krijgen. Het eten wordt met zorg bereid en is heerlijk. De schoonmaak van de appartementen is goed en om de dag schone handdoeken. Kortom: een top accommodatie!

We are staying at hotel next door wish we had booked to stay here its so nice clean ,fresh , so helpfull so we have booked in to stay on our last day . And will look to book here if we return to kos nothing is a problem we took popcorn for kids and they cooked it for my kids as hotel we in wouldnt do it .
