We stopped at the Castello Village across the road, but visited the spa for a massage. The time had been changed without our knowledge, but we couldn't attend the new time, due to other commitments and the staff worked out a new time, which was ok.Depy the massage therapist, was fantastic and did a great job (I'm a qualified massage therapist myself) and I was really impressed with her technique and ability to complete deep tissue massage was brill and I'd definitely recommend visiting the spa.

Stayed opposite this hotel I. The sister Castello Village Hotel. On check in we were offered a free 15 minute massage each. The Spa manager visited our hotel and explained the other treatments available which we booked up to. The Spa was very clean and a therapists were very friendly After the treatment we used the hydro pool which was very refreshing.Would most definitely visit again, a great experience

Très bel hôtel, bien tenu et avec de belles prestations. Un personnel aux petit soins pour la clientèle. Juste un petit bémol pour la variété des plats le soir en demi-pension, mais de très belles vacances dans ce lieux.

We spent a lovely week at this hotel, as a base to explore this part of Crete it was ideal. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, the receptionist and the porter particularly nothing was too much trouble. Our room was facing the pool and very clean and comfortable. Good choice of food in the restaurant and again friendly waiting staff. I would recommend this hotel but would say it's a good idea to hire a car as Sisi with its pretty harbour is quite small.

Rien à dire à part un accueil au top, des chambres luxueuses, un buffet et un service restauration à la hauteur. Si vous y êtes pour un séjour en amoureux: prenez surtout les chambres avec piscine privée!

This hotel is seriously everything what you can wait from 5* hotel and even more. It was beautiful hotel and the staff was so friendly and oh my dinner was amazing! This cook knows how to cook the best fish in the world. I ended up taking every evening a fish. This hotel is exactly for couples who wants to enjoy non touristic hotel and a city.

We have just returned from 5 days at this hotel. This hotel is great; great food, great cocktails and great atmosphere. Couldn't find any fault here, the staff were all friendly and couldn't do enough for us and went out of their way to make our stay excellent. We highly recommend this hotel for a nice relaxing holiday.

This is our first ever review on trip advisor as we wanted everyone to know how brilliant this hotel is. We were looked after from day one right to the end. The location is perfect. The hotel it self is immaculate. What really made this a perfect hotel was the staff and management. We have been to a lot of hotels but never have we felt so welcomed and looked after. We stayed at this hotel for a week and had a fabulous holiday. The spa is sublime and the hotel is contemporary but homely The hotel staff were so accommodating and friendly enough. Such a relaxing place.

Our 3rd time here and it's still our favourite relaxing break.The hotel has a lovely laid back air and the staff are super friendly, polite and helpful. The food is of a high standard and the rooms are very clean and comfortable.We had our own pool (highly recommended).We hope to return next year and the next...it's just so chilled out.

Wonderful setting, contemporary hotel, gorgeous room, great food and lovely staff. Would return and definitely recommend. Sissi was pretty but very quiet in late Oct. Hired a car and visited Heraklion which was worth look, old mixed with new. Eloundes and Plaka also nice.
