We were here for just a week but the hotel was a gem. Beautiful pool, staff amazingly friendly and the room was perfect. We had our own plunge pool was perfect (albeit chilly!)We went to the new restaurant at Castello Suites called the Origins and the food blew our minds

The hotel is excellent!! The employees are helpful with a smile! The spa is perfect. Maria with a smile to be interested and explain the products and services to us. Diogenes, Michalis and Despina are perfect in their work. Maria and these guys made us come three days straight. thank you very much.

I arrived at the hotel late evening to a warm welcome allowing me to head to my room. The room was fabulous and comfortable. The meals and service at the hotel were 5 star quality, the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The reception staff helped me with a late check out and provided a rood and spar facilities that made my last day at the Castillo hotel memorable. Fantastic experience.

Just had an amazing week here in a suite with private pool. First class accommodation, excellent restaurant and spa - the staff were wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. Beautiful pool set in well maintained gardens - ideal for pre-dinner cocktail. The ideal relaxing break after 2 years of Covid. Sisi is a beautiful little place with friendly people and nice waterside restaurants. We’ll definitely be back.

We are currently staying here on our honeymoon. Room is a bit sparse not sure if that is due to covid restrictions. We have a maisonette room/suite 101 with an outside pool which is lovely. The food is amazing! The staff are lovely too. Would definitely recommend. It is very quiet and very hot! Xx

If you want peace and quiet time to relax and be looked after by the most wonderful staff this hotel is a MUST. Every member of staff cannot do enough for you, this was our second visit and I would not hesitate in booking again and again.

Beautiful and fantastic Hotel! Kindly staff, very good food, great location, near to beach, to the center of Sissi, near to all facility you need(Car rental, supermarket). We spent a wonderful week of relaxing holiday. Very nice start place to explore the beautiful Crete.

Having just returned from a weeks stay at the Castello Boutique Hotel we wanted to say how satisfied we were with all the hotel has to offer. Great location, tastefully decorated and superb service. It's the extra touches and the friendly helpful staff that really make this place, thank you and we will be back soon!

The best holiday ever. The hotel was amazing. Wine, fruit, meat and bread was in our room on arrival at 11pm! All services were great, and the staff so friendly. Look out for Nikos and Angelou! The cocktails at the bar are 1st class, as are milkshakes! We had a hotel suite room, it was great, would recommend! As with all holidays, the drinks tab quickly racked up. Restraunt was good, with great tasting food. Would recommend.
