One of our favourite spots on Corfu. Idyllic, romantic setting overlooking the sea. Perfect for lunch or dinner. Food excellent, the best calamari around and friendly service. It is also reasonably priced in comparison to other places of a similar standard.

Yummy food, professional staff and beautiful location! Worth to go and enjoy the delicious food and the vibes! Loved the big tree, where the tables are placed under it. Really cool way of the restaurant outside area set up! Loved it!

We are staying in a small villa at Avlaki and the are only 2 restaurants in the resort, one of which only sells fish, as my wife is not a fish fan that left Cavo Barbero.We can only say how pleased we were with this very good restaurant as we are eating here most of the week. The service and food are very good and this has been a big factor in our excellent stay in Avlaki. I would suggest booking as it is normally full in the evening.

Definitely the best food in the area. Prices are reasonable. The outside are is very pretty with a lovely view of the sea. Can get busy so it is worth booking.

We ate here most nights as was staying at Bella Mare. The food was excellent with fresh seafood and delicious Greek food. We hope to be back next year.

Had a quick lunch here and the service was polite and prompt. The location directly on the beach made for a lovely atmosphere. The food was well cooked and very tasty.

Lovely restaurant setting with the sound of the sea lapping on the beach as you dine. Both restaurants in Avlaki are excellent but the Barbaro has a more extensive menu, (including more traditional Greek dishes). The grilled Prawns here are very good and so is the beef fillet. It can get a bit noisy if there are a few "Yachtie" types in, (volume goes up as the wine goes down). Not a major problem but if you fancy a quieter night, then that's the time to choose the other restaurant.

There are only two places to eat on Avlaki Beach...both good...but this one is the best by a long way.Better food,better prices and outstanding staff.We lunched there several times during our stay..the food is superb

Traditional wonderful greek food to include slow cooked lamb and mousaka starters are plentiful, steamed mussels with herbs and white wine, king prawn Nagasaki to name a few, local red wine excellent and good ice cold draft beer !Good friendly attentive staff, Would recommend to all ages that want a taste of real greek cuisine
