Beautiful property in Crete. Great service and great location. Would definitely go back! Some rooms have full beach views. Spa on site. The breakfast was amazing, with lots of great choices. The hot tub has a stunning view. Easy to walk to restaurants and the walled part of the city.

I loved my stay here as a solo traveller. The staff were incredible with their attention to detail and nothing was too much. If you’re looking for clean spacious rooms, the best breakfast around, a rooftop sauna and gym and some of the best customer service our there, this is the place for you!

Our experience was wonderful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and modern. The bathroom was clean and well apportioned. Love the products supplied! The staff was exceedingly helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious.Will stay there again!

Absolutely wonderful property, location, and staff. Can’t say enough good about the wonderful people who work here from the concierge to the front desk to the bartenders and housekeepers. All of them made our stay wonderful. In a great location close to everything important and fun. As a bonus in my opinion quite reasonable cost wise. Will absolutely return and plan to do so. A nice relaxing stay in a very warm and friendly hotel - excellent setting, beautiful decorations. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, offering excellent customer care and service! The interiors are gorgeous .We loved the location wjth a short walk to the Old Town and Harbour, but enough right on your doorstep including the private beach and lovely tavernas. Great breakfast.

Le personnel est très à l écoute, extrêmement sympathique et attentionné. Les chambres sont décorées avec bcp de goût.Hôtel bien situé. La plage de l hôtel est très bien équipéePetit point d amélioration, la carte du restaurant pourrait contenir plus de plats traditionnels. Nous recommendons vivement cette adresse.

Kurz und knapp: Das beste Hotel in Chania. Wundervolles Design, tolle Zimmer, fantastische Lage, sehr angenehme Betten und ein so dermaßen zuvorkommendes Personal, dass es teilweise schon „der Tick zu viel ist“! Dieses Hotel ist absolut weiterzuempfehlen!

WOW! Ich glaube ich hatte noch nie so eine persönliche Betreuung in einem Hotel. Begrüssungsapero mit persönlichem Brief, Ausflugstipps, Abschiedsgeschenk.. das Personal hat uns wirklich überzeugt und jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Ausserdem ist das Hotel sehr modern, die Küche hervorragend und der Ort intressant. Nur zu empfehlen!!!
