We went with the family, they recommended it from a hotel. There was no table after 10 minutes of waiting we sat down. What we got was pretty good. Gentle staff.

The food here is excellent, the leg of lamb (€16) is highly recommended. It is always very busy, and word has probably got around that the food here is good.

Pro:A notch above other local places.Good choice of meats fish, pasta etc.Good house white.We had excellent lamb shank and seafood pasta.Stunning location on first floor terrace overlooking mountains and sea.Really nice staff and service.Reasonable prices for premium experience. CON:I saw house red being sent back. Pasta portions huge which could be a plus to some.

Très bon restaurant où nous sommes retournés manger tellement nous nous sommes régalés, les plats sont copieux, tout est frais et bien préparé, pâtes excellentes, pizza très bonne et entrées parfaites. Le cadre est superbe, personnel très accueillant et pour un prix plus que correct, à ne pas rater si vous allez à Palaiochora !!

An absolutely amazing place with a friendly staff. We had a great dinner here a couple of times during our vacation and even though we tried another restaurants as well this one became our favorite. Pizza, pasta and salads were fantastic, the portions were big, tasty and for a very good price. There is also a nice terrace with a great sea view where you can enjoy your dinner. When you visit Paleochora don't miss this place, it's definitely worth visiting.

En meget god restaurant i PaleochoraVi spiste pizza en dag og pasta en annen dag. I tillegg prøvde vi salat. Herlig mat. Lokal vin, både rød og vin smakte også meget godt Hyggelige ansatte. Stor sett fullt, så det er lurt å bestille bord. Vil absolutt anbefale El Greco.

Wanting a break from all the wonderful Cretan cuisine we opted for this amazing place right in the heart of the town promenade. We were surprised, in fact, overwhelmed by the authentic Napoletana style brick oven pizza. I would say it rivals anything I’ve enjoyed in Italy where I lived for over three years. The refreshing quinoa salad and complimentary panna cotta were quite good as well.
