My boyfriend for my birthday gave me package Relaxing massage and the spa path, the massage was really relaxing and the operator was very good, lasting 50 minutes, the spa is really beautiful, equipped with everything with sauna, Hammam, Jacuzzi, heated pool, and herbal tea corner. We will definitely return

Very good hotel in a perfect location. On the edge of the old town with bars and restaurants and yet very quiet. Nice rooftop bar with small pool. Delicious breakfast. Very good service. Small car park attached to hotel. In short, highly recommended of 5 stars!

Having visited multiple times, I can confidently say this exceptional gem at the heart of Heraklion never fails to leave me speechless. The service is outstanding, the food is superb, and the spa facilities are top-notch. The design and up-to-date technology are also impressive. If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would! New, modern, elegant hotel in the center of Heraklion, but still in a quiet location. We had a really nice and relaxing vacation, restaurants and bars within walking distance.There was simply nothing to complain about, cleanliness, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, great mattresses and pillows for a restful sleep, really everything was GREAT!!!The highlight is the spa area.We will definitely be back, thanks to the whole team!

The hotel is located in a quite area at the center of Heraklio, walking distance to the restaurants, cafes and bars .It's a brand new hotel that provides whatever the guest would like to feel comfortable. Very friendly staff, nice clean rooms , very good restaurant , very good breakfast, beautiful spa with heated swimming pool Jacuzzi, sauna and high technology in the rooms since it's the first smart hotel in Crete, the Ethereal Whitel Resort has absolutely everything !

We stayed at the Ethereal White Resort for three nights. Excellent hotel and location, the rooms were very clean and bright. We particularly enjoyed the rooftop bar and the spa was the highlight of our stay. The breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of choices. The staff were extremely helpful and polite, they welcomed us and made sure all our needs were met. Definitely the hotel of our choice for our next escape in Heraklion.

Wondeful, sparkling white hotelCentrally located with very friendly staff. Felt at home.The rooms are very good and dound proofed, whih is good given I was next to elevator and never heardbiy.Breakfast is very good as well, and try the SPA, loved the massages

Opened a month ago - very stylish decor, rooftop bar and pool. App activated controls, fast wifi. Helpful, friendly staff. Best and most interesting buffet breakfast. Close to old city centre, hop on/off bus, ocean. Bars and restaurants walking distance. Highly recommend every aspect of Ethereal White Resort
