I trained in the Kalamata freediving club for 4 days. Very professional and friendly instructors - Nicholas and Isabella, nice atmosphere. All this helped me improve my diving. I got great pleasure.

Brilliant course. Good teaching of theory, clear explanations with engaging and useful anecdotes. Good teaching in the water, felt safe at all times allowing me to concentrate on the free diving without worry.

Super entrainement, Stavros et Harry sont des entraineurs hors pair, ils m'ont permis d'identifier les problèmes que je rencontrais dans mes descentes et m'ont donne les clés pour avancer. Je le recommande a quiconque veut progresser.

Le site est parfait pour faire de l'apnée, 150 mètres de profondeur à 2 miles de la côte. L'équipe de Stavros Kastrinakis est à la pointe mondiale (oui, oui c'est vraiment vrai!), on peut s'entrainer dans toutes les disciplines de l'apnée (No limit profond compris). C'est sûr que je reviendrai en 2016!

Great freediving location with perfect conditions. The sea is warm and calm like in a pool. Stavros and his team do a great job and the whole set up is at the highest level. Diving with professional safety equipment, not on a simple rope. The Hotel is family friendly with a really nice beach and in walking distance to other bars and Restaurants. I enjoyed the friendly people, the delicious food and had perfect dives. Will be 100% back next year.
