We only stayed one night but this hotel is definitely a luxury hotel. Conveniently located near the ferry port, made this a great place to stay before taking a ferry to Santorini. Excellent service, amenities, and helpful staff. They even prepared a" to go" breakfast bag for us to take on the ferry as we had to leave before the morning breakfast was served. We enjoyed our stay!

Siamo stati ospiti di questo hotel per oltre una settimana. É situato di fronte al porto e in pochi minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro cittadino e il museo archeologico. La camera era piuttosto ampia e dotata di tutti i comfort, compreso il bollitore per il tè. Le pulizie sono state sempre impeccabili. Colazione ottima e molto variegata! Che dire del personale? Super gentile e disponibile, in particolare i ragazzi delle colazioni. Lo consigliamo vivamente.

MEGARON can combine either a place to work or a cozy place to have fun with your family! Even in high season, the service is perfect, the rooms are clean and the people are always pleasant and willing to help. MEGARON is stated near the city center, has a great view and a place to leave the car. Try their breakfast:it is highly recommended!

we stayed second time in megaro and enjoyed it again very much . it has a quiet relaxing atmosphaire. breakfast as well as snack for lunch or the restaurant for diner are very good. we will come back for sure

The hotel is beautiful, with many public seating areas,carefully designed. The room is spacious, yet warm and in inviting ambience. Breakfast nice setting, very good service, view to the sea and harbor, in one word: excellent hotel

The Megaron Hotel is the best location for anyone with private parking. . Within minutes you are in the center. I have returned to this hotel many times because the service and staff is one of the best I have ever found. The breakfast is a 5 star breakfast. The rooms are beautiful and many other area's in the hotel are really top!! The price for the room with breakfast is really worth it. Go and have a drink at sunset on the rooftop pool bar, you will never forget it!!.

Cet hôtel n'est pas très loin de l'aéroport (une dizaine de minutes). L'accueil est des plus agréables (en français). Chambre très spacieuse, avec un immense lit, jolie salle de bains. Le buffet du petit déjeuner offre un choix en produits chauds ou froids. Nous avions une chambre avec une superbe vue sur la ville. Le centre d'Héraklion est à quelques minutes à pied. Nous comptons bien y retourner à chacun de nos séjours en Crète

As others have said, the hotel is really nice, spacious entry, nice rooms, great location,but the staff makes it exceptional. The women at the front desk spent so much time helping us plan what we wanted to do, they were lovely. The restaurant is really good, and the staff under George (who remembered our coffee order) is a pleasure, the housekeepers were really pleasant and did a great job. This is where you want to stay.

It is near 6 years that I stay in this hotel for business purposes visiting it 2 times per month and the accomadation is so great thatis arrange my trips to Heraklion according to its room availability. Since I came to acquaintance with the hotel I wish no other in the city. The staff is always pleasing to help not only professionally speaking but at a personal basis too. Superb in everyway.

No habíamos contratado hotel en esta ciudad, así que cuando llegamos al puerto vimos desde lo lejos este hotel. Caminamos, se ve muy lujoso y por eso uno tiene un poco de miedo al entrar jeje pero la tarifa dentro de todo es accesible. Tiene todos los servicios, lo recomiendo muchisimo. Son muy amables, hablan poco español pero, obviamente que inglés muy bien.
