Everything is just perfect. From the secluded spot where the Retreat “is hidden” through the beauty of the suite, the stunning views and the privacy to the caring staff, the delicious breakfast. My husband and I have travelled a lot but this is one of the few jewels we came across. Penny and Natasha; we’ll be back!

Staying at Astarti Hidden Retreats was amongst our most memorable stays ever. Location is Superb, full of Energy and Good Vibes. Setting of the Bungalows is such that privacy is assured under all times. Views are nothing but stunning. Bungalow is well equipped, comfortable and free from non-essential fanfare.Penny and the Staff were always welcoming and happy to obligeBy far the best choice to stay on the Island and certainly a destination on its own. Do Not Miss It!

Definitely we will go back. The only remark it is link to the breakfast,It might be more diversified. For the whole 8 days we stayed, we experienced positive surprises: the apartment, the surrounding area with the jacuzzi, the welcome tray, the friendly service and many more.

We got the opportunity to spend 3 nights at this fantastic retreat. The views were stunning and the facilities were perfect for our stay. During the days we explored the stunning island with help from Penny who directed us to stunning beaches and great restaurants. I’m sure anyone who comes here will have a lovely stay.

Semplicemente paradisiaco. Riservatezza, luce, silenzio, armonia e bellezza. Penelope è perfetta, il posto è curatissimo fin nei dettagli: gli elementi sono il legno d’ulivo, la pietra e il cemento lisciato. Risponde ad ogni minima necessità: doccia interna, esterna, mini cucina iper accessoriata, jacuzzi esterna e forno a legna in alcuni appartamenti. Posto su una collina, ma prossimo al mare, con una vista a 360 gradi e un silenzio che ti allontana da tutto e da tutti

Astarti Hidden Retreats is a truly wonderful oasis on Kythira. Penny and Penelope made us feel so welcome and the service and facilities are truly exceptional from the made to order home cooked breakfasts brought to your villa at the time you choose to the beautiful décor and hot tub. The wifi is excellent (something you can struggle with on the island) but this is really the perfect place to relax and escape so but the phone away and enjoy!

I booked this place for a quick getaway whilst visiting friends on the island. After a lot of research this is by far the best place to stay... no need to look further. Great rooms and excellent service. There are also some great beaches nearby for a quick swim.

location 2 km from a beautiful village with gooood Greek original home made food.Situated on top of a little hill.The 5 studios are really hidden from each other with fantastic sea-view . Breakfast on request with local gourmet products.Absolutely clean and built in a magnificent way,rooms equipped with all kind of family facilities, jacuzzi as well. During our stay ,the only ''noise'' we heard was the nature.Owner and stuff, just adorable.

Περάσαμε παρα πολύ ωραία η εξυπηρέτηση - φιλοξενία ηταν εξαιρετική,πολύ καλό πρωινό, πολύ καλά οργανωμένο διαμέρισμα,εξαιρετική αρχιτεκτονική, τζακουζι κάτω απο τα αστέρια ιδανικό για νεονυμφα ζευγάρια.
