Wir waren im Juni für 2 Nächte dort- viel zu kurz. Aber gerne wieder, wenn es uns wieder nach Matala zieht, der Ort pflegt sein Hippie-Image auf charmante Weise. Die Gastgeber waren sehr hilfreich und bemühten sich stets persönlich, dass alles passt und man sich wohlfühlen kann.

We pitched up looking for one nights stay and we're delighted to find Villa Fantastic.A great welcome, superb room, so very clean and comfortable we were sorry to be only able to stay for the one night.Lovely pastries baked by the owner in the morning for us to take to the beach, they were still warm from the oven!

Drove down to Matala from Panormo, planning on just a day visit but came across this hotel after parking our car, asked if they had a room and checked in!! Lovely clean rooms with very modern bathrooms, balcony overlooking the lovely scented garden. Beds were some of the comfiest we have come across in Greece!!!!!!!! The owners were very friendly and were in no hurry to take payment for the room or even checkout time. Their answer was... " you're in Matala" Fabulous:)

The walls of Fantastic hotel are made by love and elegance. The roof of the room, super clean and very accurate, is sorrounded by flowers and by owner's kindness. We suggest you a breakfast in the roof, where you could receive a sweet homemade pie..It has been our most wonderfull stay in Crete!!

The host was very welcoming, friendly and with good english. Room was clean, well set up and airy with pleasant balcony view of the hillside. Jug, glasses, cups and plates provided and refrigerator. We had a new and very comfortable bed.

E' stata una piacevole scoperta!Un piccolo e accogliente hotel nel cuore di Matala, una delle mete più belle dell'isola di Creta.I proprietari sono davvero unici, gentilissimi e disponibili.Le camere sono piccole ma confortevoli e soprattutto ... PULITE! E' vero quando dicono che tengono davvero alla pulizia. Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti.Penso di tornarci al più presto!!!

Jeder Wunsch wird von den Augen abgelesen. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis bei einfachen, aber sehr hübschen Zimmern. Ein sehr schöner Garten wo man auch Frühstücken kann. WI-FI. Ruhige aber sehr zentrale Lage.Überaus nette, griechische Besitzer, die einem nicht nur als Tourist, sondern auch als Mensch wahrnehmen.Sehr kinderfreudlich, herzlich und nett.Einfach fantastisch, das fantastic!!!!
