Amazing hotel with architecture that leaves you with your mouth open. The view is something else, everything is spotlessly clean and the staff is excellent in all areas. We especially thank Marika who welcomed us so warmly, Maria and Katerina who before we asked for anything she had does .

An amazing relaxing place to be. The rooms and surroundings where beutifully refurbished and the staff very attentive and friendly.Good food and ar reasonable prices.We very much enjoyed relaxing at the pool areas and my daughters loved the location (13 and 16)

My favorite hotel in Greece. Great people and a welcoming environment. The rooms are clean, the food is fantastic, and the location is close to Heraklion. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone, whether you are a solo traveler or with a family.

Fantastic to be back at Irida as we are returners… lovely to see the new upgrades, the staff are as brilliant as ever and it’s a great place to spend some relaxing downtime. We would absolutely recommend visiting the Irida Hotel - it’s a brilliant place!

We left promising to let a review, here we are. Special mention to Dimitri and Stefanos, they were very kind with us, and I suspect they will be with every guest. Special mention also for Catherina, with whom we had an opportunity to mention “Abby the Spoon lady”, former resident of Asheville, NC. Unexpected ! In short, very pleasant stay, we’ll highly recommand rhe place. Location, food, drinks (including a wine testing session), amenities, and area at large was a pleasure.

Een top verblijf, waar je als klant echt koning bent en compleet verwent wordt. De keuken is goed en alles is schoon. Het hotel ligt in een mooie rustige baai ca 5 minuten lopen van het strand (Agia Pelagia) Een andere optie is iets verder weg op ca 15 minuten lopen (Ligaria Beach).Ook is er een ruim goed onderhouden, schoon zwembad bij. Twijfel niet en boek dit gerust

Just finished my vacation to this hotel, and it was marvelous. Great rooms, daily cleaning of the rooms too. Diverse and great tasting breakfast with different selections every day. Great food to buy at very good prices,friendly staff always offering something for free. Wonderful view of the bay from each room and small gardens to have some shade moments when too hot outside. Would definitely go again.

Nagyon segítőkész, kedves , emberek mellett, gyönyörű rendezett környezet.A szoba gyönyörű volt. A kilátás fenomenális. Ajánlom mindenkinek! Közel van a part , sok szuper market van a környéken. Több különféle part is van a közelben melyet meglátogathatunk.

Probablement l'un des meilleurs spots de l'île en matière d'accueil et d'hébergement typiquement grecs. Le site de l'hotel, tout en permettant de prendre du recul, domine, à la fois, le village et sa plage tout en restant à proximité de l'activité estivale, de manière simple et conviviale pour une famille de piétons.Restaurants, commerces et locations de voitures de pratique aisée .
