Small hotel very well located 4 km from the site but with a direct view of the rock and the lower town; nice beach just a minute's walk away. Rooms with a view also comfortable and very correct, impeccable cleanliness. Charming welcome. Parking included. Very decent buffet breakfast on the terrace. Overall excellent value for money.

Ευγενικό και πρόθυμο προσωπικό ,τα Δωματια ήταν καθαρά και με ωραία θέα στη θάλασσα ,καλό πρωινό .Το ξενοδοχείο ειναι σε πολύ καλό σημείο χωρίς πολύ συνωστισμό .Ευχαριστούμε πολύ θα σας ξανά προτιμήσουμε αν έρθουμε ξανα.

Perfect stay! Everything was just as it should be! Clean room. Friendly couple runs the hotel with proffesionalism and be always available for our questions .very good breakfast with high quality products. Just a few steps from the beautiful Ambelakia beach. Wir können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Guter Standort für Ausflüge in der Region und die zum Teil menschenleeren und wunderschönen Strände. Miet wagen wird dringend angeraten. Wir sind vom Flughafen Athen angereist.

Sehr gute Lage, sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück, alles hausgemacht und immer frisch. Das Hotel ist in unmittelbarer Nähe des Strandes, sehr freundliches Personal. Preisleistung ist super! Wir kommen wieder.

It is a nice and quiet place not too far away from the marvelous place of Monemvasia with a wonderful view. The housekeeper should better inspect his room cleaning personnel. The breakfast was more than expected.

We spent 3 nights at the Iris Beach Hotel. Wonderful location next to a great beach called Ampelakia and only 5 min by car from the castle of Monemvasia. Alexandros and all the stuff were very kind and helpful! The hotel was very clean and the breakfast of high quality with many region's specialities and homemade things. Near as well to an excellent taverna called Melitzanakia, excellent value for money!

Abbiam soggiornato poche notti per visitare Monenvasia, davvero un hotel molto ben tenuto, pulito e con personale molto gentile! Anche la colazione varia e con prodotti homemade! Molto carina anche la spiaggia adiacente! Consiglio assolutamente!

The hotel is 10 minutes away from Monemvasia by car. It is very clean; the room was comfy and clean, also nicely decorated. Bed was huge and the bathroom extremely clean. Breakfast was delicious with many regional and hand made stuff.Staff was very helpful offering tips for Monemvasia and for our next stops in our trip.

Πολύ καλό, σε όμορφη τοποθεσία, με πεύκα και θέα στη θάλασσα και πολύ φιλικό προσωπικό. Θα σας πουν πώς να πάτε στην Ελαφόνησο από νέο πιο γρήγορο δρόμο και στο Γερακα. Να πάτε για φαγητό στα Μελιτζανάκια, το ταβερνάκι δίπλα. Το καλύτερο!!
