The loveliest place in Corfu! We had 3 different apartments in the island during our holiday, this was the first one and we missed it so much! It is so clean, almost brand-new feeling, well equipped rooms (kitchen, bedroom, bathroom). Mosquito nets on every window, air condition, large balcony, very kind staff. Only Dassia itself was a little bit too 'flat' for us, the sea is warm on this side, other part of the island are more exciting, but the quality of this apartman helped these feelings.

Salve, appartamento veramente delizioso e funzionale con un piccolo cucinino delizioso . Foutini, proprietaria dell'appartamento, veramente molto disponibile. Posto macchina ampio . Dall' appartamento si possono raggiungere le varie località vicine come Ipsos , Barbati e Kassiopi sia con i mezzi pubblici che con automezzi presi in affitto e i mezzi pubblici sono sempre funzionanti.

We have just had a wonderful week at Kaloudis Studios and Apartments and everything was so clean and very well presented. The host Fotini was a delightful welcoming smiling face who was very helpful with local knowledge. The studios and apartments are all within extremely easy reach to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and other shops and a bus service. The apartments are kept to a high standard and we won’t hesitate to return and to recommend it to our family and friends.

Camere ben arredate, spazi comuni (giardino, barbecue ecc) molto apprezzati, la pulizia viene effettutata tutti i giorni. Personale e proprietaria gentilissimi e molto disponibiliZona tranquilla , vicinissimo alla spiaggia e al supermercato

Fantastic meal and the Greek night is an experience to watch. The fire dancers were great be careful they don't try and get you up to dance we pointed to legs so they left us alone. Rember yo uhave to shout OPAH !

We stayed for 2 weeks with friends, Had a great time. the apartment was very good and spacious. And we barbequed there with the greec family. The owners Fontini and mother are great and helpful. Place is near the shops and sea

just returned from our first stay at the kaloudis,and what a really nice and friendly place it is,if you visit greece expect basic and if you get a little more then great,but basic is fine,rula and billy and the staff are very friendly we had a two bed apt 31 and other family 32 all in all a very nice place and definately a place we will go back to.

This is the second year in a row we holidayed here, we don't normally repeat visit but really wanted to go back here...and want to again! In a word, this complex is all about- relaxation! Great pool, staff, guests, food, drinks...I could go on! With a 4 year old daughter with us, friendliness and helpfulness of the staff is so important particularly to our littl'un and they were all fantastic and made us feel so welcome. Can't wait to go back!
