Glad we tried here. First visit had the grouper for the first time, was good very well and totally delicious. Second was tuna steak, cooked just right how I had ordered it, even my partner questioned that it was a steak. lovely pink in the middle which is my preference and not at all dry. My partner tried moussaka and the burgers and both delicious. highly recommend this place, was one of 2 in sami we went twice but had we had time I would have come back more.

After trying a number of other restaurants and soon realized Karnagio has the best of everything. We ate here from the first time that we arrive in Kefalonia.Very fast and polite service, greek traditional cuisine, fresh fish and many others delicious dishes of course everything was handmade and fresh. The fish was the best. I suggest trying grilled gilt-head and tuna stick that was excellent, also octopus pie that was really awesome.Highly recommended restaurant with reasonable prices.

Souvlaki tenerissimo, torta di polpo, tipica dell isola, molto particolare e gustosissima. Piatti abbondanti, servizio cortese, prezzi nella media, notevole posizione sul mare.

Fantastic location, nice simple Menu, good service from the waiter's George and John.I have eaten fish and steak there, they cooked it very well.Portion sizes are slightly smaller than other restaurants, however, that by no means detracts from the quality and service.

We visited Karnagio whilst staying for a few days in Sami. The food was excellent, well cooked and well presented. We would certainly revisit this restaurant when we return to Sami and would highly recommend anyone else to eat here.
