The place is awesome. Kiki was very friendly and a grey nice company. It's very clean, the rooms are big and all you need, just ask Kiki :) Kavousi Resort is my second home. I will definetly return next year.

A great facility to spend your holiday at, all the staff was very welcoming, the studio was very clean, beautiful views, they have beautiful garden with amazing blossoms, the food was extremely nice and tasty, the beach near by was perfectRodica

Trois nuits magiques dans un cadre exceptionnel, jardin fleuri très bien entretenu, vue sur la mer et l'accueil formidable et chaleureux de Kiki !!! Merci pour les petites attentions dès l'arrivée, fleurs, petit gâteau.....sans oublier la déco des serviettes de bain pliées sur le lit !!

Kiki and her family could not have been friendlier and made us feel very welcome. Excellent information on the best local tavernas and sites of interest etc. was given. The apartment was cleaned to a very high standard (and fresh laundry supplied) every couple of days. The views from the balcony stunning. 'Basic' breakfast was huge!

We stayed in Kavousi Resort for 2 weeks in August. The place is wonderful, clean, and Kiki and the family will make you feel welcome right away and will help you enjoy the best of Falassarna and its surroundings.The views from the room’s balcony were spectacular.Absolutely recommend it!

Il resort è in una posizione ottima con un tramonto da mozza fiato, con una vista panoramica magnifica le camere sono molto pulite e sia me lenzuola che gli asciugamani vengono cambiati ogni giorno. Il personale è molto gentile e sempre disponibile. In oltre c’è una magnifica accoglienza a falasarna;viene servito gratuitamente un buonissimo dolce fatto dalla madre di Kiki la persona che vi assisterà durante la vostra villeggiatura.

If you look for a quiet, (super) nice and perfectly located room/appartment in the area, I totally recommand this place.We had planned with my friend to stay only one night as we were doing a little road trip but stayed three before going back home. Lovely people, funny and helpful. Great breakfast too. I want to go back there! Christina + Bjoern

Kiki the owner is the best! She is so welcoming and very friendly! We were greeted with orange cake and raki as soon as we got into our room! I love the fresh roses on the pillows and the breakfast was absolutely delicious! The rose garden and the view are very romantic! I would definitely stay here again!! Good for a honeymoon

My husband and I just spent two nights at this hotel. It is a beautiful place with lovely well kept gardens. The staff are really friendly and informative about the area. The room very clean and it is well situated to visit the local areas. We would definitely go back again. Breakfast was good too!!

We LOVED the Kavousi Resort which is really in Falassarna, just a few minutes drive up from the beach. We stayed in June, and had a wonderful time! The staff takes excellent care of the guests -- great recommendations for dinners, beaches, things to see and do, and a WONDERFUL breakfast every day. We will go back as soon as we possibly can!
