Very cosy maisonnette with independent access, large balcony with sea view, nice rooms with sea view, excellent maintained. Kleopatra is the perfect owner, discrete, very supportive and friendly. We had direct access to the beach (beach at 100 m max). The bus station no 14 is just in front of the property. The green garden, with sun beds and barbecue area is kids friendly and excellent maintained.

Our 3rd visit to kleopatra villas. Would highly this recommend this accommodation. Set in own private secure garden, right next to beautiful beach with its own taverna The villias and gardens are well maintained, spotlessly clean, kleoptra is on sight and goes that extra mile to make sure you have an enjoyable time. Will be returning.

Siamo arrivati in questo villaggio un po’ per caso. Abbiamo subito avuto un’ottima impressione che si è confermata nei giorni a seguire. La posizione è ottima per qualsiasi esigenza. Spiaggia comoda e case super confortevoli. Noi abbiamo preso lo scooter e il 15 minuti raggiungevano le spiagge più belle, ma molto comodo anche l ‘autobus . Pulizia ottima, cortesia e disponibilità della signora che gestisce. Sicuramente comoda anche per chi ha bambini.

Ressorten som består af 4 to etagers huse med to lejligheder i hvert hus, ligger i idylliske omgivelser lige ved stranden. Lejlighederne er pene, funktionelle og godt udrustet. De varierer lidt i størrelse (2-5 personer).

Επισκεφθηκαμε με τον αντρα μου πριν λιγες μερες το καταλυμα και ενθουσιαστηκαμε...Καινουρια δωματια με πολυ μοντερνα διακοσμηση,πληρως εξοπλισμενα,καθημερινη καθαριοτητα,πολυ κοντα στη θαλασσα και με πανεμορφο κηπο!!!!!

Bellissima location, ad un passo dalla spiaggia di Kolios (pochi metri) che è molto riparata, tranquilla e con un mare niente male. Kleopatra vive lì e quindi è sempre disponibile. il giardino è curatissimo ed è possibile usare anche un barbecue all'aperto (ce ne sono due) con annessi tavoli in legno. siamo stati quasi tre settimane e ci siamo sentiti come a casa. a complemento del tutto due simpatici cagnolini molto dolci e ospitali: fidel e dodi.

Having holidayed in many and various parts of Greece over the years I can honestly say this the best accommodation we have stayed in. The apartment was modern, clean and comfortable. We have never before found such comfortable beds in Greece. The proprietors are charming and friendly and very helpful. Only yards from a delightful sandy beach. What a find!

The Villas were very clean and modern.it is the best place for families with kids or overage. No steps and parking just next to the villa. The sea is fantastic and right in front of the villa. The price is very good for the quality of the place.
