I am staying at this resort and have just eaten with my wife at the fabulous SiLa restaurant. The food is to die for, the staff are so friendly and accommodating, and what a fantastic setting. Sitting overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Perfect evening.

A Very nice Hotel, very friendly people here working, nice and quiet, you are more than welcome at your arrival at this hotel. The Rooms are sooo clean and lovely, especially the ones with the Pool and sea view, omg it’s just fabulous. Near the Airport, only 10min away it’s perfect, transfers no problem here in Greece.

Loved the hotel, but what has made it for us was Monolis - the head barman ! He alone is worth staying at this hotel! Very welcoming, entertaining and friendly - he definitely knows his old fashioned cocktail.Lots of love,The Sharma’s

L’hôtel est très propre, même la plage privée est nettoyée régulièrement. L’accueil est exceptionnel tout le personnel est aimable et fait tout pour rendre le séjour agréable. Une mention spéciale pour la qualité des repas et la gentillesse des serveuses au restaurant SI LA. La position de l’hôtel permet de visiter facilement toute la Crète.

Are 2nd time at this hotel on the lovely island of crete,, and I must say it was just as good as last year,,, all the staff have stayed the same which just goes to show what a fantastic hotel this is ,,, the beach is lovely and the rooms are well kept up together,, the only thing is no English tv,,,but when your staying in a lovely place like this who cares....

Wir sind nun schon das dritte mal in diesem Hotel gewesen und waren wie immer sehr zufrieden 😊Unsere Beanstandungen vom letzen Jahr wurden ernst genommen und in diesem Jahr verbessert.Das Essen im Haupt Restaurant war gut und abwechslungsreich im Restaurant Swell war das Essen super. Der Service und das Personal sind eifach nur top wir fühlen uns in dem Hotel wie zuhause.Wir werden 2017 jedenfalls wieder eine Suite buchen und uns 10 Tage in super Atmosphäre entspannen.

We don’t write reviews when we stay in hotels but we decided to write because the hotel and staff deserves. We stayed in a family room and we will be using this hotel again. The staff were exceedingly pleasant and helpful. The room was exceptional. We had an excellent stay and we recommend this hotel to every one.

Dès notre arrivée , en pleine nuit.... un accueil trés chaleureux du réceptionniste. Nous avions réservés un bungalow vue mer latéral, mais étant un peu déçus , Franco nous a proposé une suite pour un prix plus que raisonnable. Le personnelest trés attentionné. La nourriture variée et produits frais .Venez , vous ne serez pas déçus. Nous sommes allés dans pas mal d'hotels en France et à l'étranger et celuici vaut vraiment le détour pour le cadre et l'accueil.

hotel tres agreable, site magnifique, qualite de service irreprochable. je recommande fortement cet hotel. La crete et ses habitants nous ont conquis. Une chose cependant, la formule bar reste a ameliorer pour ceux qui prennent le tout inclus, c est trop juste. merci a tout le personnel de l hotel. Nous sommes conquis, nous reviendrons.
