It is a hotel run by very kind and helpful people. They gladly shared a lot of information about the area with us. The room was cleaned every day. We stayed in a sea-view room, and taking time on the balcony was very enjoyable. The location of the hotel is excellent. Thank you for everything.

The studio is perfect, with all the comforts, kitchen, hot water at all times and a spectacular terrace with sea views, ideal for having breakfast in the sun, lunch enjoying the shade and dinner with an excellent view.Quiet neighborhood steps from the center and the beach.The attention is brilliant, always attentive to needs as well as cleanliness.Great value for the price.I stayed for a whole week and the experience was perfect.

We stayed here for 3 nights, its location is 3 minutes walking distance to the center and walking distance to many beaches. The owners are very caring and helpful. The house is very clean. We would prefer to go again. There is a large supermarket right next to it, in short, you are in the center and close to everywhere.

We were in apartment 9, second floor. The kitchen is fully equipped, if you need anything else, you can always ask the owners to get it for you. Two brothers who really take care of their guests and treat them as family. We really appreciated everything. The balcony is huge, two bedrooms, clean, and very cozy. I recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Kallithea. The beach is few steps down. All in all, 10 out of 10. Thank you !

The place is clean and well maintained. You have air conditioning, clean towels, fridge and very important - external roller blinds to keep the room from getting very hot during the day. It is located in a quite street a couple of minutes from the beach and the central part. The owner is very nice and will definitely stay there in case of second visit to Kallithea.

The location it’s great, near from center Supermaket and taverns, close to the beach, don’t need to go with the car. Big rooms, very clean and the owners are very nice and good people. The price was good. I recommend to anyone who wants a good place in Kallithea 100% .

Ωραία τοποθεσία, κοντά στην θάλασσα και στο κέντρο χωρίς όμως να υπάρχει η φασαρία . Η καθαριότητα ήταν καθημερινη. Άνετο διαμέρισμα με όλες τις ανέσεις.. Οι ιδιοκτήτες εξυπηρετικοί και πάρα πολύ ευγενικοί.
