Fabulous, great, excellent hotel! We spent 4 days with them and recommend it! Lunch delivered to your room at the time of your choice with everything you want! Restaurant bar very affordable and quality! We had to leave for our flight overnight, we were even prepared a lunch box for the road!!!The staff attentive, welcoming, friendly! The room, with mini private pool! And an extraordinary view!!!We liked everything!

It was really excellent, if you want to find something bad you can, but eventually the view from your room is magnificent, personnel was happy to greet you show your rooms, explained how everything works where to park car etc.Rooms were very nice, as everything else accompanying your relax time.

It's the second time we've returned to Lagon and it keeps getting better.Clean, spacious rooms, modern furniture, breathtaking view of the city of Chania and the sea.Exquisite staff always ready to fulfill every request.Excellent food.Excellent and professional masseuse.It feels like home.

Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Sehr freundlich und sauber. Einziger zu bemängelnder Punkt ist, dass der einzige zahlbare Wein ausging und die sehr jungen und sehr netten Damen nicht ganz so kompetent waren, als es um Getränkebestellungen ging, so wollten wir ein Glas Weisswein, wir bekamen aber einen abgestandenen Rotwein… Das Frühstück sehr üppig, wenn auch bereits geöffnete Konfitüren Gläser verwendet wurden.

We loved everything about this place. So beautiful, exactly as in the pictures. The view is amazing and the pool is stunning. In addition, the service is really good, they e.g. serve breakfast in the room when you want.We used the bus to get to the city from the hotel, it was really easy and only took 15min. The bus stop is right next to the hotel.

We have had the best week in this hotel, the staff are so polite and helpful, the room itself was brilliant and the views amazing. The breakfast in the morning is enough to keep you full until late afternoon and the variety of other food and available is great. Hotel is around a 10 minute drive into town so has a great location. Couldn’t have asked for any more from this hotel, would definitely return and recommend to anyone coming to chania!
