Very nice studios without pretensions, but what makes the difference is Micaela who followed and advised us during the entire stay, truly a fantastic host. Daily cleaning and change of sheets every other day...highly recommended!

I have bene there for 4 days with a friend of mine. As soon as we arrived Michaela -the owner- welcomed us and she gently gave us useful tips in order to let us have the best holiday and apreciate the island. The rooms are beautiful, coloured and perfectly cleaned. There are all the comforts you news to enjoy a great holiday. We really recommend it!!

Today we returned from our holiday spent at Villa Limnes, the hotel is clean, the staff took great care of us and the experiences of the island are unforgettable. The owner Mikaela is amazing, she always goes out of her way to help you. Clean pool, a few meters to the sea and great restaurants nearby. Thank you, we will come again 👍

Michaela and her family were so personable and inviting!! The room was amazing with a perfect balcony, kitchenette and living spaces. Michaela and her family really made our visit so memorable with personalized recommendations as well as being so welcoming, friendly and helpful!!! My stay at this location made my trip to Santorini and I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else 😊😊😊

From the moment, we arrived Mixaela was an exceptional host whose knowledge about the island was excellent. We were greeted with a happy and friendly smile. We were given a 1-hour lowdown on what was on the island to do, where to go and what to avoid. The room was basic but was spotlessly and exceptionally clean. The beach and bars where a 3-minute walk away. A superb location with everything on the doorstep.Can’t believe this property is only a 2 star.

Family run villas, and it shows,from the warm welcome to clean well kept establishment.Great location handy for shops beach and transport.And then there is Michaela who is full of fun and infomation a real jewel she is the icing on the cake.She also runs the poolside bar and keeps it stocked with nice cold drinks to have by the lovely pool.We will return for another stay.

Lovely little place to stay with very clean room & pool. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Nice short dusty walk to the beach. Easy to get to supermarket and access buses to Fira and Oia. The villas are situated inbetween the two beaches so very convenient. The rooms are basic but very well maintained. I really enjoyed my trip to Perissa. It's laid back with a nice strip of beach and very good restaurants, shops and bars. My only regret was not climbing the mountain.

The most welcoming and cleanest place you'll ever stay the grounds and view are stunning the family who run the villas are extremely friendly and make your visit the most memorable ever. The daughter michaela who speaks great English makes the best frappes/ cocktails on the island, can't say enough amazing things about this place would highly recommend to all we will be back!!😎😎
