As a pool and restaurant user only, this makes for a lovely day for the children opposed to just beaches. The food is spectacular, especially the pork chops! Cooked with passion and extremely tasty. A friendly family feel to the place, very clean and a family favourite of ours (made special by the two lovely hosts).

This is how you run a good business. We didn’t stay at this complex but used the pool and bar while staying over the road at christina. We went there at every opportunity. Great pool fantastic food cooked by the most passionate manager Nickos. Have the pork chop It’s the best and a double cappuccino. I will go back to kos just to stay at this hotel. Thank you.

We have used this accommodation many times over the past 15 plus years and each time we arrive some extra little thing has been added to make each stay a little bit more special.Nikos,his family and staff are always very welcoming and friendly,the rooms are very clean and serviced six days a week.An excellent choice of menu is sometimes supplemented by some further choices,all you have to do is ask and you never know what other goodies may be offered.Roll on next year !

Making our booking was straight forward and the customer service from Vivi was second to none.The apartment had recently refurbished to a high standard and had everything we needed.The views and location are perfect and having use of the pool and Nikos's snack bar was a bonus!

Apartments lovely. Pool well looked after and very clean. Food at Luis is great value and very nice indeed. Great for a late afternoon drink. Peaceful location. Short walk to the beach and to restaurants. This is not a party town, don't come if you want a lively nightlife. If you want to relax with friends and family and return home refreshed and revived, it's the perfect place.

We been coming for nine years and as good as always Nicos and paulo loke after us very well nic so does his bbq Saturday With now his greek dancers much improved evening B ut next year Thomas cook are not taking him on so will have book through him

I found this place by chance, just stopping and asking for a room. The apartment I was given was very nice, newly furnished and very very clean. The pool area is beautiful and the breakfast delicious. Unfortunately I spent there only one night (the last of my vacation in Kos) but I will go back there for sure if I will plan another trip to Mastichari.The owner, just to end, is a very kind and friendly person.

After reading all the reviews on tripadvisor I was really looking forward to my holiday at the Luis Apartments, Mastihari and I wasn't disappointed. It was absolutely beautiful. We were there for 2 weeks from 8 August. We would definitely go back and can't recommend it enough. The cleanliness, the hospitality, the area, everything was just perfect. A wonderful holiday. A quite resort and in my opinion the nicest part of Kos.
