We have just stayed here for a week and cannot knock the place. This is excellent value for money. No, it’s not 5 star but you don’t pay 5 star prices. Basic accommodation but the air conditioning unit is almost brand new and ferocious. The only half hearted negative would be there only being 2 usable power sockets for charging phones etc. The free use of the pool next door is a plus, and it is a nice pool area.

As always a chilled stay, a basic but very clean apartment Nothing is too much trouble for Maritsa you just have to ask Love sitting in the garden watching the sun set with a cool long drinkUpstairs rooms have the best views over the bay but we like ground floor so I can move around the garden either chasing the sun or hiding from itIt a fair walk to the centre but only 2 minutes to the beachSupermarket 2 minutes down the road and 5 minutes to a bar and good restaurants

Stayed here for a week although basic do cover everything you need for a base they are right at the start of kefalos so a good walk into main part about 35 minute walk to the harbour but plenty of bars to stop at on the way .the lady who runs the apartments Maritsa is lovely I would definitely stay here again .

this place was very peaceful and quiet even though it is not far from main road.within walking distance of good restaurants and beaches supermarket close by plenty of cats to feed if you like feeding themair con was very useful as it was quite hot in the nightview from balcony was stunning the blue sea and the cloudless sky perfect

Just returned from a week with my daughter , we had a fab time. The apartments are basic but very clean and Maritsa and her family couldn't have been more welcoming thinking of returning September the area is lovely and quite and the use of the pool also excellent

Very good apptment very clean had a great time there best holiday experience ever would recommend that you hire a car as a long way from the main beaches and restaurants room clean and tidy bedroom cleaned two times a week

If you're looking for jacuzzi's and free bath robes forget the Maritsa BUT...if you're looking for spotlessly clean,newly painted,everything working (including the reading lights over each bed..a first for us!) accommodation in tranquil and pretty surroundings but close to all amenities and you want to stay in somewhere which is better than simple accommodation was 30 years ago then my wife and I would recommend this place 100%..Excellent.

Brilliant studio apartment and Maritsa couldn't do enough for you - she went that extra mile ! Studio was spotless and although the kitchen was small it was adequate I think the only complaint I might have was the lack of plug sockets Will definitely return !

great owners, lovely setting if you are at the back location ok if you like walking, a lovely small harbour a walk away with plenty of bars and eateries, quiet place if relaxation is what your looking for,as Maritsa does not have a pool you are able to use Manolis which you see on arriving at Maritsa.Lovely Beaches if you like watersports plenty to do.
