Beautiful terrace naturally shaded by old trees, hospitality and good service, variety of dishes, all delicious and tasteful, most ingredients from the family's own garden, fair prices, a great place overall!!!

Very nice dishes made from local products. Vegetables from their own garden. Prices are low, especially compared to restaurants of Monemvasia and the service is really friendly. We went there twice and we would have eaten there even more times, if we didn't have to leave the next day.

It is definetely worth trying out this tavern. The food is excellent and the stuff is alwasy friendly. The best dish for me is the Moussaka or the aubergibes with feta and tomatoes.

I visited melitzanakia with my family two times during 4 days stay at monemvasia.Amazing greek food ! Cost aproximatelly 35- 45 euros per meal for a family of 4 person (salad, appetizers , house wine and 3 main plates ) .Not forget to mention that because it is located 10΄ by car from monemvasia , it is much cooler at night from monemvasia city or castle ( didn't visit at day )
