Anbefales!Δεν άρεσε · Pga strømrestriksjoner på Kreta etter hetebølger, var det ikke mulig å senke temperaturen på AC på rommene til under 24gr. Greit på dagen, men ble veldig varmt på natten for vi som bor i Skandinavia. Sov derfor ikke så godt som vi burde.

Amazing staff and service. We enjoyed a very nice family vacation and were very happy with everything. We also received free upgrade which was greatly appreciated. Special thanks to Mr. Babis, the spa manager, for his assistance and excellent service.

Fantastic. We've been here three times now, and it never fails to impress. We could mention so many of thr staff by name but it would be unfair to single out individuals as EVERY single member of staff will ho out their way to see to any and all of your needs. They are so helpful and friendly. The food is wonderful to say the very least and return visits are more than recommend. Thank you once again to all the staff.

We had an absolutely fantastic time with my wife spending our honey moon at the minoa palace. The rooms are super nice and were being cleaned daily. The staff was outstanding and made us really feel special. Highly recommended if you want to relax in a beatiful resort and being taken care of with highest standards.

It is a great hotel. The rooms are amazing, clean, spacious and bright. Lots of things to do inside the hotel. The food was also absolutely fantastic. My only complaint, the underground meeting rooms are dark and dull.

An oasis of quiet at the end of the plantania strip. Immaculate gardens and every part of the hotel was spotless and the decor was sophisticated and with many design features. It has its own private beach. The food was also excellent, always lots of choice from the half board buffet breakfast and dinner. Tha staff were all friendly and professional. We have stayed at many good hotels and this ranks highly among them.
