Super endroit, où nous avons passé un excellent moment, de belles découvertes de vins, et assiette de fromages généreuse :-)Le plus ; l'amabilité du personnel à l'écoute, et de bons conseils sur les vins, mais surtout : quel plaisir de voir du personnel SOURIANT, car c'est chose rare malheureusement en Crète...

Nous y avons été deux soir : excellente sélection de vin, plateaux de fromage et charcuterie très bon et suffisant pour y manger. Nous avons été bien conseillés sur le vin et nous avons pu découvrir de puissants vins crétois. Très bon accueil, décor très soigné, patio terrasse magnifique, à l’abri du vent donc, ce qui est très appréciable à Paleochora. A recommander.

Äntligen ett ställe som erbjuder högklassiga viner, trevlig personal och bra musik. Det finns så många dåliga barer där så att komma till Monikas känns som en befrielse . Mycket bra urval av viner, väldigt kunnig och trevlig personal, skön inredning och behaglig musik. Ett måste om man vill slippa turistställena

Monica's garden is by far the best place for a drink in Paleochora! We went three nights in a row. All their wine is Cretan and of very good quality. I highly recommend Negroamaro (red). The jungle courtyard is beautiful and the entire bar is beautifully decorated. The staff is very kind and helps you find just the wine you like according to your taste. The music changes every evening and is always nice. One night they even had a jazz DJ. It's an all around fantastic place!!

A nice "grown up" courtyard to enjoy a glass of fine wine rather that the table wine available in restaurants. Given a small taster before investing in a whole glass !
