Just had a lovely meal at Gatos. Staff are brilliant as is the food. All topped off by the fridge magnet we will be back.

Op een prachtig plekje ver boven de zee spiegel zit je op een gezellig groot balkon .Je kunt hier genieten van de ondergaande zon en heerlijk eten .Hele ruime keuze van diverse soorten vlees ,pasta,salades etc etc .En niet onbelangrijk de prijs is aantrekkelijk

Wir wurden super gut betreut und konnten den Aufenthalt sehr geniessen.Ausgezeichnet gegessen, perfekter Service, wunderbare Aussicht von der Terrasse.Jederzeit gerne wieder!

We ate here on our first night in Molivos. The view was stunning, we happened to be there in the time of sun going down, so we really saw amazing views over to the sea and towards Petra. The food was delicious, very nice greek tastes. I would recommend this with no doubt at all. Service polite, good price-quality-ratio.

Another of my favourite restaurants in Lesbos. The main difference between Gatos and my other two favorites, is the amazing view. Like the others you can get a lovely meal and two half litres of wine for about £35. As mentioned before don't be put off by the negative publicity of the 2015 refugee problem. Although they were no trouble at all, they have now stopped coming, in four visits since 2015, I have not seen a single one .

What can I say that I haven't said already in previous reviews? The view from the balcony as you eat the delicious food cooked by Panos, Dora and the team is truly breathtaking. Always a genuine welcome, with excellent friendly service, each year we visit just gets better and better. Favourite dishes? Hard to choose from so many, but we particularly loved the spicy cheese salad and the amazing Gatos special salad (who says salads aren't a main course? This one is!). We will be back next year!!!

Gatos is a very traditional Greek restaurant and serves food for all tastes...excellent service fresh food cooked daily and served well. The view from the balcony overlooks Molyvos harbour and out to the sea...well worth a visit

It is probably one of the best views I have had when eating a meal. I heard someone say, a view like this in the south of France would cost 500 euro. The food is excellent, and so ridiculously cheap, we had a lovely meal with a litre of wine for 35 euro. The service is excellent, and you always seem to be able to get a table.
