Excellent welcome and in French in addition at midnight.Upgraded: big. Hearty and quality breakfast. Very good advice for visits. Partnership with a serious car rental agency. Appointment for restaurants. Quiet hotel and the waitress at the bar is adorable. In short, a team from hell, in a superb place. I highly recommend it.

We stayed at the 3 yrs ypung Onyx Hotel in late August 2024 for 4 nights with a group of 4 couples. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was tremendous. Very friendly and catered to our every need. The rooms and entire hotel were new, stylish, functional and clean. On this trip to Greece we stayed at 4 different hotels and this was by far the best. Highly recommended.

We’ve felt very good and comfortable in Onyx. The personnel were lovely and very helpful. Maria and Denisa, gave us good advises about Santorini.Moreover, the chef was so nice and the breakfast was so good. Also, there were some gluten free options which were very good.The ambience in the hotel was really nice and the facilities, such as the pool and the room were perfect.Also it was located close to Fira (Santorini’s capital), which was a positive aspect of the hotel.

I'm so happy we found this little treasure when making our reservations for Santorini! It was the perfect spot—not too close to the crowds and located in the middle of the island. We rented a car and had plenty of parking space. Breakfast was nice, and the room was very clean and comfortable. Big thanks for all the restaurant and sightseeing recommendations. Don't miss the black sand beach! We had a blast and can't wait to come back!

Great location, amazing staff, lovely breakfast, immaculate rooms, quiet swimming pool and just generally GREAT!! Can’t thank Tamta enough for her hospitality and recommendations. The whole place is just beautiful and private, with staff that couldn’t do more for you. Thanks so much for our stay we will definitely be back!

Tutto troppo perfetto.Comunicazione ottima sin dalle prime mail in fase di prenotazione. Tamta e il resto del personale sono sempre disponibili e gentili.Colazione ottima, camera e piscina meravigliose.Posizione strategica se avete un mezzo per spostarvi nell’isola (a mio parere necessario). Ci siamo affidati a Onyx anche per quanto riguarda l’affitto dei mezzi e anche in questo caso tutto perfetto.

Highly recommend! This hotel opened last year so everything is modern, new, and immaculate. The staff were warm and very helpful with arranging transfers, a buggy rental, and restaurant reservations for us. Breakfast had a great variety of choices. The hotel is in Karterados, a quiet village just a short walk/drive to the city center of Fira. Very convenient location. Overall great experience and if we ever come to Santorini again, will return to Onyx!

Fantastic place to stay in Santorini. Everithing was absolutely perfect. The hotel is beautiful, clean , perfect position in the center of the island. From here you can reach rasily every destination and beach. Staff is extremely friendly and kind. Couldnt be better.

It was such a pleasure staying at the Onyx hotel during our vacation in Santorini. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly and always offering a helping hand. It’s in a great location, walkable to Fira and neighboring towns. The hotel itself is gorgeous, rooms are beautiful and the pool is stunning. We upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi and it was well worth it. We look forward to staying here again in the future!
