Excellent fine-dining restaurant. The food was inventive, beautifully presented and delicious. Service was wonderful. The setting is absolutely stunning with views out to the Caldera and Imerovigli.

We waren verrast van de start. De bediening was erg vriendelijk dus wij voelden ons direct op ons gemak. Het eten was heerlijk! We werden verrast met verschillende Amuses, elk uniek en erg smakelijk. De blue crab was heerlijk en dit was de beste zeebaars die ik ooit heb gegeten!!!! En, voor Santorini, heel erg betaalbaar. Ik kan dit restaurant niet genoeg aanraden!

Top class in a top class location! We booked this restaurant for my wife's birthday and it didn't disappoint. Great communication with the booking, lovely warm welcome and probably the best service we have ever received from Spyros. We opted for the devastation. Around 12 courses came and every single one was perfection

A new restaurant this season that absolutely was the best we had during our entire trip. There were several unique and incredible amuse-bouche that were included even though we ordered ala carte. The ingredients were so fresh and varied and you can taste the care and attention put into each one. Definitely on the list for next visit. Don’t miss this one!

My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful meal at Pergeros. We did the tasting menu with wine pairings and were truly impressed. The service was great, they even provided me with a blanket as it was quite chilly outside. The food was delicious, the eel dish was our favorite but everything was pretty outstanding. This was a very upscale dining experience that still had a decidedly Greek feel. Perfect for what we wanted in a romantic honeymoon meal.

The quality of food is equivalent to Michelin star restaurant standards! The chef surprised us with amazing welcome treats in addition to the delicious dinner. The lobster and the scallops are a must have! The wine pairing options and the wines we took that Kostas suggested were excellent!

Restaurant extraordinaire.Séjournant à l hôtel nous avons dîner au restaurant. Le service est irréprochable et le personnel au petit soin.De l’amuse bouche au dessert tout était juste délicieux.Mention spéciale au Veal filet digne d’un étoilé.

Ce fut très bon malgré l’attende assez longue. Nous avons eu des petits amuse bouche en entrée offert par le restaurant. Le cadre est idéal. Les plats sont très coûteux faite le bon choix !!
