Positive experience, it is located 10 minutes walk from Fira, offers parking right in front of the property, the rooms are spacious and well organized but above all clean, they also offer a private pool.The staff was very kind and helpful especially Kristina.More than positive experience

Hotel muito confortável e extremante limpo, funcionários muito simpáticos e solícitos. Quarto completo com cozinha e hot tub. Próximo ao centro porém em área calma e de fácil acesso.Ideal para casal que quer conforto e segurança. Voltaria com certeza.

Wir hatten 5 Tage ein großes und sauberes Zimmer mit eigenem kleinen Garten und privaten Whirlpool. Eigentlich wollten wir gar nicht mehr weg von dieser kleinen Oase der Ruhe. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich gewesen und es wird sich hier die Zeit genommen Probleme zu lösen, um einen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Hier kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder zurück!

Superbe accueil, la gérante est aux petits soins. La chambre est à la hauteur des espérances(cuisine, canapé, tv...) avec une salle de bain agréable. Une petite terrasse avec toutes les commodités (petite table et chaises, transats) et un jacuzzi. L’endroit est calme.

Lo mejor de todo la atención del personal, en especial de la recepcionista, la habitación es enorme, todo nuevo, la terracita con piscina (después de un día de turismo no tiene precio), te llevan el desayuno a la habitación, son muy amables.... Nos quedamos con ganas de quedarnos más días en estas suites. Puedes aparcar allí e ir andando en 10' al centro de Fira

Perla Nera was fantastic, excellent service ! We spent two nights there, very close to Fira city center, we didn’t book a car or skooter the walk was so close. It isn’t in the typical Santorini location overlooking the bay and such but still gorgeous non the less, the service was impeccable would definitely recommend you look at Perla Nera if you want a quiet relaxing time in Santorini close to the busy city center but not noisy at all.Thank you for the wonderful service !

Great hotel for the money. This is a new hotel built in July 2017 (what the owner told me) it's a family run business. With great amenities. Rooms are big and comes with a whirlpool outside (not hot tub) you don't need a hot tub in his climate anyways. Everyone in the hotel and in santorini are great and very helpful. It's a 5-10 minute walk to the main city Center. It's great that it's a little far out as it's very quiet here.
