Lovely carved wooden furnishings, natural shade provided by mature trees, excellent food and wonderful staff!! Will visit again before we go home… great atmosphere, highly recommend

We stopped here after our morning walk and again one lunch time. The service is welcoming and the beer and wine was good. Great place to watch the world go by. Plenty of sunny and shady spots to sit.

We read the reviews, many were negative, so unsure. However the staff were lovely, the food was brilliant, the greek dips are very tasty, must have, only change would be more bread, which we were offered. The cocktails were perfect, taste exactly how they should. Mousaka was good but heavy on potatoes, chicken portobello was lovely came with chips which made it a large meal. Definitely worth a visit but make sure you are hungry

Been here a few times in the last two weeks and always enjoyed the food and has a nice friendly atmosphere. The vine coveted garden is great as its cool during the day and looks even better at night when its all candle lit. Very helpful staff and good value for money.

We had breakfast here most mornings and it was brilliant. I had the Greek breakfast which was all you needed until the evening. The bar also serves lunch and dinner which looked good even though we never ate here other than breakfast. The bar is good and has a nice selection of cocktails. Definitely recommended.

Great for breakfast, not the cheapest but very good quality. The brunch menu is superb, lovely local sandwiches all served with piping hot chips and salad. Drinks are reasonable too. Would recommend for either breakfast or lunch, however I never dined in the evening, however it was very busy each time I passed the restaurant.

Portobello is one of the best restaurant I have ever been to. I love their food (not only Greek cuisine), prices are really affordable, especially if you take into consideration the portions they serve - really big.The staff is very friendly and talkative but yet not intrusive. There is a wide array of cocktails and drinks to choose from. I need to mention the relaxing ambiance of Portobello, it's extremely pleasant as it's located under vines. Shadow during hot days and nights guaranteed;)

I have been in skiathos for a week and I had dinner in portobello on my second night here I enjoyed it so much I came back again on my last night. The food was excellent with a wide variety to choose from they catered to my children's fussy needs and the staff were more then welcoming and very pleasant to talk to.
