Absolutely the best restaurant in entire Santorini. The food is delicious, very tasty and masterfully cooked. The service is superb including the host / receptionist , waiters (kudos to Mateo !) and entire team. If you plan on an upscale dinner , killer views and unforgettable experience - the Blu Santorini is the best to visit and never regret. We were so pleased that went there 2 times out of 3 days of our stay in Imerovigli. Hands down a Michelin level place for a fraction of price!

What an incredible experience - the setting, the food, the service were all absolutely first class. We were lucky to have a beautiful sunset and were so well looked after by the whole team, including Philippos and Manos. This could well be the best- located restaurant on the island - i can recommend it highly enough.

Ionna and all of the staff made us feel well taken care of. The view for sunset was as good as it gets. Every detail from the salt to the lighting to the artful plates and platters felts elegant and chic. The food was delicious (chicken dish was a favorite) and the dessert (a cheeseCake hydrid) was also a work of art. 10/10

There is really no word that could describe this experience – it was just sooo blatantly good! 😍 The view is absolutely awesome, the food is bombastic and the sunset makes the whole setting simply indescribably beautiful. In addition, there is a very warm and friendly team that completes the evening perfectly. I can highly recommend it to anyone – for a romantic date this place is just perfect! 💯✨

Silvia welcomed me and my wife with a huge smile and made us feel like home her team was amazing the food is exceptional the best we have had in Santorini the view is breathtaking highly recommend it!!!!
