Ideal stay, spacious rooms, comfortable beds and attentive hosts, a big thank you to them for being available and for welcoming us into this pretty cocoon on the water's edge. We highly recommend it!

Di sand and sea abbiamo amato tutto: la struttura accogliente, il giardino curato, l'atmosfera rilassata, il silenzio e la quiete intorno, la gentilezza dei proprietari. Posizione consigliata perché lontana dalla confusione di Kavos ma abbastanza vicino ai supermercati e ai servizi (occorre ovviamente un mezzo per muoversi). Spiaggia piccola ma con accesso comodo, acqua cristallina... un paradiso. E poi, davvero, tanta gentilezza e disponibilità. Grazie!

Impeccablement entretenus, les chambres comme le jardin et les parties communes sont de bon standing. La mer est chaude (32°c) et très agréable car peu profonde sur une belle distance ( idéal pour les enfants ). L'endroit est calme et reposant. Le maître des lieux, Tassos, est aux petits soins et toujours disponible pour les bons conseils. Voiture indispensable. Un très bon séjour... à refaire.Pascal

Endroit magnifique, calme et trés bien entretenu. Les appartements ont vue sur mer et sur le jardin tropical à raz de la mer. Accès à l'eau par deux pontons, température de la mer en juillet-aout à 33° notamment sur la longue partie moins profonde, idéale pour les enfants.Le propriétaire. Tasos, est trés disponible pour tous renseignements.Tout fut impeccable

The apartment was just perfect! We were two couples and the separate bedrooms were spacious enough, cozy and very clean. The kitchen proved to be very useful as well for a quick breakfast. You have a nice balcony with seaview as well. The host provides a great advice for restaurants, beaches and things to do and where to go on the island.Would gladly return anytime!

I spent here one week together with my family and friends and we were very pleased. The rooms are very clean, the staff is very kind and willing to help. They have a big garden with a really nice sea view. I definitely recommend Sand and Sea !

Magnifico posto. Balcone con spettacolare vista mare. Struttura pulitissima con cambio giornaliero delle lenzuola. In 3 persone avevamo un bilocale molto spazioso con 2 balconi. Personale gentilissimo.Nessun giudizio negativo: tutto perfettoLe fotografie rispecchiano esattamente la realtà

It is a beautiful garden on the beach. It's a quiet place, but for entertainment and food you can go to Kavos. (20 minutes walk).The rooms are clean, and the owner Tasos is a Great Greek. He does the best for his customers. χαιρετίσματα Tasos, to your father and your mother and, of course, to your beautiful nephews!

Merci TripAdvisor de nous permettre de reserver un logement de loin sans rien connaître du pays qui est conforme à tout ce que nous récherchons, à savoir balcon vue mer, wifi, calme, gentillesse de la famille proprietaire, équipement complet, etc...Seul point moins positif: vaut mieux être un bon marcheur ou location auto, car énvirons un peu succinct. Seconde fois cette année que les avis TripAdvisor m ont permis. De passer d excellentes vacances.
