An excellent place to stay in Ioannina, small and cosy, with nice lake view. Its location is great, near the old and new market place, near all the museums and the old citadel, and with many tavernas and bars in the neighborhood. Comfortable and nicely furnished rooms. Breakfast in the pleasant internal patio is tasteful, rich and homemade, prepared by the owner MrsThomais, who is friendly and very helpful!

A very friendly, small, family run hotel. Mrs Thomais served herself the delicious local breakfast, full of stories for the local area, Ioannina city itself and the transformation of the old tannery, into this lovely, cottage style, rock and wood-based, hotel. “Alevropita” (meaning flour-pie) is the must eat and the homemade wild-apple marmalade! Straight across is the picturesque lake with the history and the myths hidden...

Very enjoyable short stay. Room large and comfortable with a view on the 1st floor. Room supposedly with a lake view on 2nd floor at same price smaller and a view if standing with your head out. Parking available but really on the street. Good service, excellent breakfast. Good wifi. All in all happy with the stay and definately recommend it. Just know about the diff and what to expect.

Επισκεφθηκαμε το υπεροχο αυτο ξενοδοχειο το προηγουμενο Σαββατοκυριακο. Ολα ηταν τελεια. Ομορφος χωρος και το πρωινο πολυ καλο. Οι τιμες προσιτες για οικογενεια και φοιτητες. Πεντακαθαρο....θα ξαναπαμε σιγουρα.

Stayed for one night in this hotel and enjoyed it very much.The location enables you to walk to the old city and tour it.The owner and her son were very helpful in every way,from recommending places in Ioanina and the surrounding area to assist in solving my computer problem.Breakfast is nice and served in a cozy patio.

Beautiful hotel, excelent location, lovely and warm owners. The view of the lake is incretible and the homemade breakfast is more than delicious!!! It was my second time there and I strongly recomment it!!!!

σε τελεια τοποθεσια, πολυ-πολυ-πολυ καθαρο!!παραδοσιακο πρωινο και το προσωπικο ευγενεστατο!!Νιωθεις πως εισαι στο σπιτι σου!!Σιγουρα θα πηγαινα ξανα!Εχει χωρο για παρκαρισμα, εχει ταβερνες και καφετεριες ακριβως διπλα και η θεα της λιμνης και του παρκου ειναι φανταστικη!

We arrived late at night, Joseph, the son of the owner who works there, invited us in with a big smile and a parking lot in front of the hotel. The room we got was decorated, clean, tidy and beautiful. Lovely lake view and excellent location. Excellent breakfast home made by the owner. it seems that in this boutique hotel the owners invested their heart and soul. Recommended!
