Some friends told me about a quiet hotel exactly on the beach in Tolo, with good prices. I have to say the spot is amazing, exactly on the beach... please have your ice cold beer on the sand! I tried different meat and fish since I was there for 5 days, very pleased with all my choices. A must to visit and not very far from Athens, you can even go for a simple weekend.

If your looking for a seaside view with a fantastic home style menu this is the place! Perfect for couples and/or families with children, very spacious dinning area (not typical of many restaurants throughout Greece). All the staff members speak wonderful English and are very warm and welcoming, you feel right at home! After you've eaten your fantastic meal I highly recommend staying for dessert and watching the sun set over the seaside! It's a dream!

Solon is our go-to place when we are in Tolo, their meals are fantastic and the staff is more than happy to help us recommend some traditional greek specialties. We fell in love with their veal in tomato sauce and their calamari. Also their saganaki-cheese is a feast for both the eyes and the stomach :) If you visit Tolo and you want to try REAL, tasty local meals definitely check this restaurant out.

Während unserer Griechenlandrundreise übernachteten wir in Tolon. Wir waren zwei Mal Abendessen im Restaurant des Hotels Solon. Uns viel direkt die hohe Anzahl griechischer Gäste auf. Das Essen hat uns positiv überrascht. Spezialität sind die griechischen Klassiker (gefüllte Tomaten, frittierte Anchovies). Für die Kids gab es Hamburger vom Grill. Super Preis/Leistung. Empfehlenswert. Die Oma steht noch selbst in der Küche.

He estado 15 días hospedada en el hotel y comiendo casi todos los días en el restaurante, tienen una comida exquisita, platos muy grados y un trato del personal es excelente. El hotel está en primera fila de playa teniendo unas vistas espectaculares del mar. Estoy muy contenta con el paso de mis vacaciones aquí y no dudo en volver a venir.
