Excellent restaurant of Greek cuisine and very good meat.They also serve pasta but as an Italian I don’t want to eat pasta abroad so we haven’t tried it.Also excellent desserts.The place is very cozy with a terrace with a nice view.It is located in the center of Oia however out of the hustle and bustle of the main street. It is one of the few non-tourist restaurants in downtown Oia.The service is fast and very kind.Overrecommended.

We visited here on the off chance as we were walking past and were lucky enough to get a table. The location is lovely, with great sunset views and the food is delcious.The service was wonderful and everything was great, so much so that we went again on our last night.

Really delicious food and excellent service. It was a little chilly to sit outside but as the restaurant is so comfortable inside, it did not impact upon our enjoyment.

Wow - we had a table right in the front - the staff was very welcoming! We had the best lamb shank so far - the pasta with bacon and creme also perfect. The sunset view very memorable.

Great place, went to Oia just to have dinner there. You can watch the sunset from other places or just go to the top of their restaurant. Really enjoyed the experience.

We loved the whole experience in Sphinx. The service is excellent, the place is classy and the food is amazing. Everything we tasted was cooked to perfection, but definitely try the Risotto s, they are fantastic!

Amazing service and food. The view of the sunset is lovely on the top balcony and the staff have fantastic knowledge of the wines that go well with your meal. Be prepared to pay up, this restaurant isn't cheap and the meals are not huge portions. Depends on whether you like quantity or quality.

At the hotel they told us to watch the sunset from anywhere and then go to Sphinx for dinner. (Most tourists like ourselves look for restaurants from which you can see the sunset). Well. It was totally worth it. Not crowded, beautiful views and food and service was excellent.

This is the place, where you will be introduced to Santorini's hospitality by the staff and culinary journey by the chef! The dishes were delicious and the wine collection almost unlimited. When you see the menu, it might seem pricy, but trust me, it's worth every penny. We went twice.
