Third time using the hotel, second time staying here and most definitely will be back next year. Location, hospitality, service, food, cleanliness, beds, shower.... all second to none. It's impossible to list all the great things about this place. Lisa and Harry are amazing hosts and have the best team around them.... you should book!

Came to Sunbeam every day to enjoy the beautiful sundeck and have a swim and tan. The staff were so so nice which made the experience even better, so sad to leave Kardamena as Sunbeam made us feel so special. What a lovely beach front hangout, food was lovely, drinks great but they have a sunbathing terrace with access to the sea which was just amazing.Staff all lovely and help full - if you need to know anything ask Theo he's great.Rooms above overlooking the sea look amazing -defo going to come back and stay here next time

If you are looking for relaxation, good food, friendly service and exceptional views, look no further. This place has it all. I know this is one place you will not be visiting once only. Just amazing.

Best place to have a yummy breakfast to start the day with the very hospitable and hilarious Andreos x sorry if I have spelt this wrong. 4 years of coming to Kos and this man and his establishment always remain a firm favourite xx enjoyed time on his sunbeds today after a lovely breakfast and enjoyed a pizza and Greek salad for lunch xx most comfortable sunbeds xxx well worth a visit x

this bar/cafe/restaurant is in my opinion one of the best places to eat,drink and socialise with friends in kardamena. Andreus the owner is polite and friendly without being pretentious. his establishment serves a wide range of meals and all are excellent value for money. the food is prepared by his wife and the quality of the meals is outstanding. we have been visiting kardamena for over 25 years and never fail to visit Sunbeam.

stayed here in june and it was brillient.andreas and his wife r lovely people and they cant do enough for you.the food is fab and very reasonable.the place is very clean and most of the rooms have great views.i would reccomend this place to anybody.we had a great time and cant wait to go back.phil.n. jenny

This place is fantastic, Host Andreas is a lovely funny guy, they serve great breakfasts and also lovely meals all day and night. The restaurant overlooks the Aegean Sea and it is so relaxing to chill with a cold drink.
