Fresh, home grown food. Great, friendly service. Can't fault it. Don't understand the comments about female staff being rude as Krystina and Ria are lovely and very friendly and amenable as are Sidarno and Stavros. I love this taverna and the care and attention the family who run it show to their customers

This place is abut tucked away but worth finding. Lovely setting and great service. The food is very nice and the menu more extensive than other places. Costs a bit more but worth it I think. As with everywhere large portions which I wish I could finish as the food is so nice!

Ate at Sunrise a couple of times during our week in Troulos. The staff were really nice and up for a bit of a joke as well! The restaurant has a good atmosphere and our evenings were relaxed and enjoyable.All of us enjoyed our food - most of us opted for the nightly specials which were excellent. All agreed this was our favourite restaurant in Troulos (and it was the only one we visited twice as a result!)

Lovely place to eat at the end of a good day. Run very efficiently with two lovely English waitresses, made to feel so welcome and the food was fantastic. To have this right where we were staying as well at Thanos Studios was an absolute bonus. Will definitely be returning.

We've been to Sunrise on several occasions over the years when visiting Skiathos. The food is always excellent, and the specials are always worth trying even if they sound a little odd! The staff are always welcoming and it's lovely to be able to sit under the tree in the grounds. Be prepared for big portions!!

We had several meals in this taverna and couldn't find fault with any.the staff go out of their ways to please . It's family run and they even have a little shop next door for any groceries you may need. The lady in the shop is very pleasant always with a smile and a welcome when you go in. We are returning to skiathos in July and we will no doubt be heading back to the sunrise for the food and of corse the company
