Giovanni's was recommended to me by my hotel, and I wasnt disappointed! The food was absolutely delicious - the olive oil was from their own farm and the halloumi was the best I've ever tasted! The service was excellent too - the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The gorgeous views out to Spinalonga made it even better!

I can’t say salt baked sea bass is cheap (75 euros) but there is loads of it and easily enough for 4. Prawn starter was good, Sea Bass excellent and the free fruit platter simply enormous. Very welcoming and friendly.

We ended up dining here for 2 nights of our 4 night stay in Elounda. Both times we could not have been more satisfied. All the staff were so friendly and treat you like family. The staff were all very attentive and intent on giving you the best experience. The food was amazing, and the view could not have been improved upon. Would thoroughly recommend a dining experience here.

Everything we ordered was fresh and tastefull. We had fish, fresh and very well cooked, greens for salad and octapus. The service was friendly, the owner helpful and the location breathtaking. The only improvement that i would recomend is the music. Well done!!

We had lunch here twice in the last week. The first time after visiting to check if Spinalonga was open for visiting and the second time after a trip to Spinalonga on the Saturday. Everything was memorable. The food was excellent and the service was great. This was topped off with a summer day in November and a brilliant view of the island.
