We were part of a flotilla of yachts that arrived at Spartchori one afternoon. In the evening we visited this taverna and were made to feel at home. Great food, great beer, great wine......and apparently some Greek dancing!This Taverna provided the best value food and it was very tasty!Thoroughly recommended!

Great hill top Taverna in the centre of Spartochori. No views of Spilia bay, but quality of the traditional Greek food more than compensates. Possibly the best Greek food I have eaten in the Ionian.

We loved this taverna so much. What an authentic charming place with fresh delicious homemade food. We had chicken souvlaki and tzatzaki and both were gorgeous. We also loved the genuinely friendly welcome from the family who own the taverna. Can’t wait to go again next year.

We came back this year to visit our lovely friends up in Lakis Taverna. We got such lovely welcome. This Taverna is one of the best on the Island!!. The hole family work so hard and alway make you happy. This our third time here since 2010 and it never disappoints . Wonderful place and family whith a great atmosphere. We love it.

Love this place! We've eaten here many times during our stay in beautiful Meganisi. Always great food. Our menu favourites are the mini cheese pies (best on the Island!) grilled squid, pork with feta and peppers, and the mixed grill for 2 if you have a BIG appetite. Great family run place with friendly service - always a warm welcome from Andreas!

My wife and I went to Meganissi in may 2010 and we had dinner in Lakis's place, we found them to be very friendly great simple food and customer care. we went to a place on the shore for a change with all the yahting folk.It was the biggest mistake we made. The food was poor and the service was terrible , the first thing they asked us was did we have a Yaht. We are going back in September 10th this year and we will book a table every night at Lakis .Great place!!!!!!!.

I had a delightful dinner at Lakis Taverna. The service was excellent, the food was fresh and plentiful and best of all the atmosphere begs you to call the taverna home so you can eat supper there every night. You'll find me there again next summer.
