My sister and I ate here this evening, wonderful food - I had calamari and she had peppered steak, both delicious. Great choice on the menu. We had cocktails and complimentary deserts and lemoncelo. The owner Dimitri is lovely, he has a chat with all of the guests and made us feel very welcome. There was a great atmosphere- made even better by the evening entertainment of Greek dancing, highly recommended

We were treated to delicious fresh food, excellent cocktails, incredible views and outstanding service! Dimitri, Mikhali and the rest of the team could not have done more for us, we were treated like family and will definitely be returning. There would be too much to describe the place. Dimitris a man with a big heart.Mickaelis and Antonio always caring as well as the other waitresses and waiters.Very hearty and fresh dishes for an excellent value for money.The sea view is beautiful and even more so in the evening.We had lunch and dinner for a week because we were so warmly welcomed.We'll definitely be back.

We had the most amazing welcome and returned the second day with more of our family. Dimitris and Mike were so accommodating. We mentioned that we had a special birthday and the surprised us with a cake free of charge and arranged our transport to and from the venue. Would highly recommend. The olive oil, olives and tzatziki are the best!! Thank you x

Buffet dinner for hotel guests provides a choice of salad items, soup, main course and dessert. Catering to British tastes predominantly, but Greek dishes included for salad and main course. Entertainment on a Wednesday and Sunday evening, with guest participation. Good food, good wine, good company, what else is there. Relax, you're in Crete.

This is the best taverna on the beach front offering authentic greek food with breathtaking views. The open dining area is clean, bright and the balcony offers stunning views at sunset especially. The staff are happy, helpful and friendly, always around to talk too. The owner,Dimitri,is a character too,always ready to offer his opinion on his food,wine,country and people. If you want authentic crete then this is the place.

Min kone og jeg besøkte Thalassi hotell hvor vi fikk den beste service vi kunne tenke oss. Maten på Thalassi taverna var utmerket. Dimitris anbefalinger var fortreffelige. Han og hans stab var svært profesjonell og hans kokker disket opp med de nydeligste retter fra kjøkkenet.
