Would recommend this day trip as a way of seeing some places off the normal tourist route. George was an excellent driver and guide for the day. Made the trip fun and informative. Good value as well , the cost €85 pp, includes a very good lunch, entrance and tour of winery . Wine and Raki tasting. Picked up and dropped off to our hotel door. Would definite this company again if in Crete. Thank you George for a great day.

We had a wonderful trip yesterday! As no one else had booked the excursion, we were lucky enough to have a private tour with our guide. The view in the mountains was just gorgeous and a welcome change from the city visits. And the guide was fantastic!! He made us feel completely at ease the whole time and was very responsive to our interests. We would definitely recommend the trip!

During our holiday in Crete, we had such a fun day with our guide George. What a great guy! He knew so much about the island’s nature and history, and shared it all in a really engaging way — the day just flew by.We felt comfortable with him right away. He had so much knowledge and enthusiasm that we ended up booking a private tour with him later on, completely tailored to what we liked. Definitely recommend if you want to discover Crete in a personal and interesting way!

Best thing we did in Crete! And best way to see the most in a day. Joseph is a native Cretian and knows a lot about the island. And the food was SO good. All around, very fun and great day!

Just back from Mount Jutkas safari. Great trip primarily made by George, our super guide and an all round great guy. More like travelling with a friend who can give you the lowdown on all of the sites. Also made great by two other German passengers, Simone and Michael. If you use the company ask for George (although I’m sure the other guides are just as good! Regards Don and Krystyna Latuske

We had the most fantastic trip with Yamis and his co-driver. Friendly and helpful gave us lots of information and we had great stops along the way. Plenty of time to relax but also fun off road and superb views. The food included was delicious. Can't think of any negative comments. Yamis was a great host.

We had a great day during our tour to the Lassithi plateau. Our journey started towards Krasi where there is a 3000 year old tree, then on to the Zeus cave. Before we went here we tasted local wine, raki, olive oil and jam. Here we also had a mini pottery course. After this I had a mega tasty and big lunch. To conclude, I drove a bit off road on top of the mountain. Super cozy with our Dutch speaking tour guide Jannis. Jannis thank you again for this unforgettable day! Efcharistó!

We had a wonderful trip yesterday with the real safari Crete with Joseph our tourgide and driver. We went to Lasithi plateau. On our way Joseph told us everything about nature, the herbs, the vegetables, the olives. Also he knows a lot about the history of Crete. It was so interesting. He took his time. We had so much fun with him. We never had such a nice and wonderful trip before. I can recommand the real safari and especially Joseph.
