Excellent place with awsome view! Very kind staff.The apartments were big and very pleasant with everything needed. Each day after we came back from the beach we finding it clean. The place in general is very beautiful with super view. The pool was clean. Everythin was perfect

The hospitality of this apartments was really good. They make us feel like locals and to have a great experience. The view is amazing and breathtaking. Good price and friendly staff.Can’t wait to go again. I recommend it defiantly.More than our expectations.

Εξαιρετικά δωμάτια, πολύ καθαρά, φιλικοί και εξυπηρετικοί οικοδεσπότες... Η πισίνα πολύ μεγάλη και καθαρή... ο χώρος πάρα πολύ καλός σε τοποθεσία με τρομερή θέα. Τα δωμάτια είναι κοντά σε παραλίες με μπαράκια με ωραια θάλασσα. Το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!!

We spent there one week in the end of August and everything was perfect - location is close to Lagonisi beach and to Ormos Panagias restaurant and shops, great view, spacious apartment with everything you need. We will come again soon.

Beste Lage mit Blick auf Lagonisi-Bucht! Einfache Zimmer mit schönen Balkon mit tollem Meerblick! Ruhig und familiär! Ein schöner Angelsteg auf der Hinterseite. Auto erforderlich. Sehr freundliches Personal! Wir kommen wieder!

Csodálatos kilátás az Athosra, kristálytiszta tenger, csendes, tiszta környezet. Kényelmes, tiszta apartmanok-napi takarítással, három naponta ágynemű és törölköző cserével. Nagy, tiszta medence gyerekmedencével. Saját, búvárkodásra alkalmas strand. A honlapon, vagy bárhol látható képek az apartmanról vagy az apartmanból fotózva valóságosak, nem photoshoppal javítottak! Két évvel ezelőtt már jártunk itt :)

Theoxenia is absolutely 5 star place!Beautiful unique location, fantastic views, room interiors are made and designed with love, personal, Julia is absolute hard worker providing ideal cleanness, Osman is very kind, ready to help and interesting conversation -fellow.One unique private access to the sea, swimming pool, grill place, Lagonissi beach nearby.

Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε ένα καταπληκτικό σημείο με υπέροχη θέα τόσο από το δωμάτιο όσο και από την πισίνα. Το προσωπικό είναι ευγενέστατο και το δωμάτιο πολύ καθαρό. Η παραλία που βρίσκεται δίπλα είναι πολύ καθαρή. Το συνιστώ για χαλαρωτικές διακοπές.

Me and my family come to Theoxenia for the last three years. We find the place very relaxing with unbelievable views and suitable for our children who play at the pool all day. We quite enjoy the outdoor BBQ by the pool where families can have dinners. The apartments are basic but extremely clean.The complex offers excellent services with 24 hour personel. We definetely would suggest Theoxenia to anyone who is looking for relaxing and carefree family holidays.

The property is old but well maintained and very clean. The owner and personnel are very kind and helpful. Overall the service is good and we had a pleasant stay. It would be an improvement if the staff knew more English and had faster internet. This is a great place to stay if you would prefer an amazing view to a good TV.
