Spotless complex very quiet and peaceful.We stayed in number 10 which was well looked after and cleaned to a very high standard daily.Costas is a lovely friendly character who bends over backwards to make sure your stay is perfect Bring a torch and bear in mind it's up a steep hill or steps but we'll worth the effort once your up there Beach is a 5 minute walk and a food choice of restaraunts also within 5 mins

Just come back from an amazing stay at Villa Elpiniki. Costas and his team went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. Costas was very helpful and we fully appreciated the bottles of water in the room as it was very hot and we didnt fancy carrying them up the short but steep incline. Studio 1 was lovely and spotless. We've already booked again for next year, see u then. Again thankyou for everthing

Had a lovely holiday. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The villa was clean and had beautiful views. The pool was also very clean and also had a lovely view. Will definitely plan to go back to such a lovely place.

Sehr schöne gepflegte Anlage mit ansprechenden Appartments und Studios. Lage auf einem kleinen Hügel sehr angenehm. Ein sehr sehr hilfsbereiter Eigentümer, der sich um alles kümmert.Kurze Wege zur Troulos Beach. Busstation und englische Bar direkt vor der Haustür.Superschöner Aufenthalt 👍 5 Punkte

The best choice of accomodation with an amazing view and hospitality in Skiathos. Quiet, elevated and serene. Clean rooms, pool and surrounding. The host was very helpful in arranging a rent-a-car for the family. We’re coming back to Elpiniki again this year!

If you want peace this is the right place. Owner Kosta is very helpful and informative. There is a new swimming pool and my daughter love it.Rooms are kept very clean all the time.Perfect location.Room 14
